今回私たちは、成城学園前駅から徒歩２分の『戸上表具店』というお店にお邪魔させていただきました。
今回お話させていただいたのは、オーナーである戸上さんと奥様です。昭和７年頃創業の80年以上続いている老舗で、現在の戸上さんは２代目だそうです。
創業を始めようと思った時に、ちょうど成城商店街の土地が空いていたため成城にお店を開いたそうです。
外から見ても分かる通り、お店はとても和の雰囲気でした！
主なお仕事は、古くなったり、シミが出てきてしまった掛け軸を修復することだそうです。
昔の家には和紙や布があり、湿気を吸収してくれる役割を果たしてくれていたのですが、現代の家にはなかなかないため、掛け軸が傷みやすいそうです。
また現代は掛け軸の取り扱い方をよく理解していない方も多く、良かれと思っていたことも、それが原因でシミになってしまうこともあるそうです。
修復の作業は、水で濡らす、乾かす、を繰り返すため日を置いて作業を進めるそうです。２、３日で終わるものもあれば、半年かかるものもあるそうです。
修復の際気をつけるポイントは、掛け軸が湿気を吸っているため、裏地が剥がれないようにすることだそうです。
その作品によって様々な方法で修復してくださるそうなので、掛け軸を持っているけど傷んでしまった。という方がいらっしゃったら、戸上表具店に足を運んで見てはいかがでしょうか！

Kakejiku repair shop inheriting Japanese tradition, “Togami Picture Framers”.
For our interview, we visited Togami Picture Framers. It’s just a 2 minute walk from Seijo-gakuenmae Station. We interviewed the owner, Mr. Togami, and his wife. This picture framing shop was founded in 1932, and has been in business for 80 years. Mr. Togami is the second generation owner. When his family wanted to set up shop, there was land available in the Seijo shopping street area. So they started their business there. As can be seen from the outside, this shop has a classical Japanese atmosphere. The main business is repairing old or spotted kakejiku screens. In the old days, Japanese paper and fabric played an important role in absorbing moisture in traditional style houses. But today, kakejiku become worn easily. Today, many people don’t understand how to treat kakijiku. Therefore, they easily develop spots and stains. Repair is done by repeated wetting and drying. That is why it takes many days. It is important not to peel off the lining because kakejiku absorb moisture.

今回取材させていただいたのは、成城補聴器フィッティングルームさんです。
成城学園前駅より1分ほどに位置し、こちらでは、リオネット補聴器を専門に取り扱っている認定補聴器専門店です。
成城補聴器フィッティングルームさんが創業されたのは30年近く前になるそうです。
最初はメガネと補聴器の兼業店でしたが、補聴器のお客様が増えて来たので26年前に補聴器とメガネを別々の専門店にし、今に至ります。
メガネ店・補聴器店はどちらも東谷さんが経営されています。
店内は車いすのお客様でもそのまま移動できるよう段差がなかったり、回転式・可動式の椅子、座高の低い椅子を使用するなど、バリアフリーに対応する工夫をされていました。
また、無料で電話をいただいた方の家に必要な機材を持って訪問されています。
耳型に合わせて作るオーダーメイド耳あな型補聴器を中心に販売されています。補聴器の形と耳穴との適合度がベストフィットになるまで作り直すというように、補聴器の形に強いこだわりを持たれていました
東谷さんはお客様の気持ちや訴えを大切にして、よりよく聞こえるよう粘り強く対応されています。
今後の目標をお伺いすると、いい後継者を育て、この地域で同じコンセプトで末永く、続けていきたいとおっしゃっていました！

Supports customers with hearing aids “Seijo Hearing Aid Fitting Room”
For our interview, we visited Seijo Hearing Aid Fitting Room.
About 1 minute on foot from Seijogakuken-Mae station there is a shop that specializes in Rionet hearing aids.
This shop has been in business for 30 years.
Although the shop sells both glasses and hearing aids, the number of customers wanting to buy hearing aids has increased.
Therefore, the shop has divided into two specialized shops.
Both shops are run by Mr. Azumadani.
The store interior is completely barrier free so that users of all types of wheelchairs can enter and move around freely.
In addition to that, if a customer requests by telephone, staff will visit their homes with the necessary equipment free of charge.
These days, mainly they sell custom-made items.
It is the most important for the product to fit the shape of the buyer’s ear. Therefore, they will reshape the product as often as necessary in order to get the best fit.
Mr. Azumadani cares for his customer’s satisfaction, and does his best to listen to their requests very carefully.
When we asked about his goals for the future, he answered that he would like to train up a good successor to the business in order to ensure that the same concepts continue in the local area!

私たちは成城学園前駅北口から１分ほど歩いたところにある、和食・甘味の「成城 櫻子」の森田さん(写真：中央)に取材をさせていただきました。
1階はイタリア料理のレストランで、和食・甘味「成城 櫻子」の店舗は建物左側にあるエレベーターで上がった３階にあります。
45年ほど前に創業し、現在ではお子様からご年配の方まで世代を超えてご来店なさるそうです。
店内は、お客様と店員さんが和やかに談笑している、明るい雰囲気です。
地元のお野菜を使った和食が人気で、週ごとに変わるご飯があります。先月(取材時は10月)は、“翡翠飯”〔ひすいめし〕という茹でると綺麗な緑色になる銀杏を使った炊き込みご飯でした！
白玉の入った甘味は、白玉を作り置きせず、小豆からほぼ手作りです。
夏の期間限定メニューのかき氷はシロップから手作りのこだわりがあります。
月に一度行われる、しづの源氏がたりは初めて古典に触れる方にもわかりやすい内容のスライドを使った解説と原文朗読で、源氏物語を語ります。

11月1日(水)〜11月10日(金)、成城商店街では「成城街なか写真館」が開催されました。今年も小田急線開通当時から平成初期までの写真が、成城北口（一部店舗）と、成城コルティに展示されました。また、昔の写真のそばには現在の写真があり、歴史を感じることが出来ます。
「成城街なか写真館 MAP」を見ると、多くのお店が写真を飾ったり、協賛店舗として参加していることが分かりました。少し歩いただけでもたくさんの写真を見ることができます。
毎年春に開催されるさくらフェスティバルの25年前の様子が！
他にも成城学園駅の昔の様子や電車の写真、96年頃の成城学園駅のバリアフリーの第一歩となった初のエスカレーターの写真などありました。
各店舗の前にもたくさん昔の写真があり、それぞれの店舗にちなんだ写真が主に展示されていました。見違えるほどに変わった店舗もあれば、過去の面影の残る店舗もあり、とても面白かったです！
季節料理藤さんに街なか写真館のお話を聞くことが出来ました。
街なか写真館が始まったきっかけは、5年前ほどくらいまでハロウィンイベントをしていて、子供にお菓子を配ったりしていましたが、人が増えすぎてしまい警備の面やスタッフの人数の関係でイベントを考え直す必要がでてきてしまいました。そこで、
“全業種の加盟店が参加できるイベント！”
“成城の住人の皆さんはもちろんのこと嘗て成城に住んでいた方、成城学園に通っていた方に楽しんでいただけるイベント！”
という思いをきっかけに、2014年商店街ＨＰリニューアルに伴い、文化祭の時期になると商店街にも人が集まることから、店舗に写真を飾り、回遊してもらおうと思ったからだそうです。集まった成城の昔の町並み写真を大きく引き伸ばし、イベント加盟店に展示していただく運びとなり最初は5日間ほどで開催していましたが大盛況で今では10日間開催しています。
すべてを一度に見られる場所なく、これは、買い物や散歩がてらに商店街を一巡し、現在の商店街と写真でみる商店街や街の歴史、移り変わりを楽しんでいただきたいからです。
また去年からの違いを聞くと、タイトルを新しくつけて、よりわかりやすく、内容のあるものにしたそうです。写真だけの情報よりもより詳細なことがわかります！
また、笹本陶器店さんにもお話を聞くことができました。
今年の感想を聞くと、例年以上に盛り上がっていると感じたそうです。街なか写真館のチラシを片手に歩いてる人をよくみかけたそうです。私もご年配の方からこどもまで幅広い年齢層の方が写真を見ている様子を見ることができました。街なか写真館は、懐かしい思い出話でお客さんと盛り上がることが出来、地域とつながるコミュニケーションの場となりとても楽しいそうです。
今回の取材を通し、成城商店街は地域とのつながりを長年大切にしているあたたかい商店街だと感じることが出来、貴重な経験になりました。過去にタイムスリップし思いを馳せることで人とつながりを持てることの素晴らしさを知りました。季節料理藤さん、笹本陶器店さんありがとうございました。

今回取材させていただいたのは、野村證券成城支店さんです！
成城学園前駅より徒歩2分ほどに位置し、昭和63年1988年11月10日に成城学園前にオープン。来年で30周年になる歴史のある支店になります。今回の取材では、支店見学と業務体験、実際に現場でお仕事をしている方にインタビューを行いました！
支店内は、落ち着いた木目調になっていて、お客様とゆっくりとお話をできるような店の作りになっています。居心地の良さと清潔感を感じました。
野村證券NISAキャラクター、「ワンダフル君」が受付で出迎えてくれます。
窓口の前には雑誌なども置かれ、ゆったりと時間を過ごすことができます。
業務体験では、学生自身が相談をお願いするお客さんという設定でライフプランニングのコンサルティングしていただきました！
野村のライフプランニングは、ヒアリング→プランニング→ご提案の3つのステップでお客様の資産運用をお手伝いします。最初にお客様の現在の状況や、今後のライフプラン、心配なこと、将来の希望などをヒアリングし、お伺いした内容をもとに、資産の推移などをシミュレーションします。お客様とご一緒に将来の具体的な目標をプランニングし、お客様の目標の実現に向けて、解決策をさまざまな角度から提案してくれます。
1人目は、45歳男性で、妻、8歳と10歳の子供の4人で、収入600万円貯金600万円と仮定し、今後のライフプランニングをお願いしました。
この男性の場合、貯金額が少なすぎてこのままいくと60歳から65歳で破産してしまい、収入が増えない限り、支出を減らしてようやくプラスになるようです。そこで破産しないために、お客様の想いを最大限考慮しながら、支出を増やせる項目、支出を減らさなくてはいけない項目などを相談しながら最適なプランを一緒に探していただきました。このようにライフプランも一緒に考えながら相談に乗ってくれるため、自分で考えるよりも、客観的に現実をよく見ることができます。グラフを見ながら、現在の資産状況を見直し、問題点を「見える化」し、解決方法を提案してくれます。
業務体験を受ける前は、株を購入するお話が中心になるかと思っていましたが、今ある資産のなかでいかにしてより良いライフプランを立てていくかという収支の見直し等の相談をしていただき、このような生活とライフスタイルを資金面からサポートしていただけるサービスはとても素晴らしいものだと思いました。そして、証券会社と聞くと、株やF-Xだけを取り扱っているイメージがありましたが、株式や投資信託といった有価証券だけではなく不動産や税務、保険や遺言信託といった相続対策や、有料老人ホームのご紹介など幅広い分野に対しての事業を行っていることも驚きました。
2人目は、21歳男性で、アルバイトで三年間貯めた30万円を株に投資してみたい。倍の60万円に増やすことはできるのかという設定で行いました。
まずどのくらいの資金が用意できるかなど丁寧なヒアリングをもとにお勧めの株式を紹介する形でコンサルティングしていただきました！
会社のレポートなどをもとにお客様にどの銘柄に投資すれば株を増やすことができるかを提案して下さり、 日本だけでなく海外の企業の株に投資することも勧めていただきました。例えば、野村證券さんでは現時点で、インド企業の株式に投資する「野村インド株投資」を勧めているそうです。
業務体験を通して、今までは、株式投資には莫大なお金がかかるというイメージでしたが、株式積立やNISAで私たち学生も株式投資が可能だと分かりました。株に興味がわき、私もやってみたいと思いました。また、「各企業の株価が毎日変動するからそれを毎日見るのが楽しい！」と支店の方が言っていて、その日の企業の株価によってお客様にどの企業の株に投資したら儲かるかなどその時に応じて提案をするので、大変だけどやりがいのあるお仕事だと感じました。
次にお店の方へインタビューをしました。
仕事のやりがいはなんですか？と尋ねると、お客様に信頼してもらうこととお答えいただきました。口座を開設してもなかなかお金を入れてもらえなかったのが、お会いしていくうちに信頼してもらってお金を預けてもらえたり、何かを購入してもらうことにやりがいを感じるそうです。お客様との信頼構築が大事になるお仕事だと感じました。また、感謝の念をお客様からいただいた時にやりがいを感じるとおっしゃっていました。
また、成城支店が力を入れている業務は、大きく分けて2つで、1つ目は、個人のお客様が9割でその多くが高齢者であること、なおかつ日本を代表する高級住宅街に住まわれている方なので、相続の悩みを抱えている人が多く、不動産売買だったり保険や預金に力を入れているそうです。もう一つは高齢者向けのリスクが少ない債券型の投資信託に力を入れているそうです。野村證券全体が力を入れていることとは別に支店ごとに個性があると感じました。
成城支店は、若い社員さんが多く、和気あいあいとしている事が魅力だそうです。野村證券では入社すると一定期間、研修でマナーを教わったり専門用語など、知識をつけたり、講師を招いたりしたりすることを経てお客様と対応するようになっていくそうです。また、お客様の期待を超えるサービスや知識を身につけるために日々努力しているそうです。
また、地域との連携はどんなことをしているかというと、毎年4月に行われるさくらフェスティバルでパンフレットと一緒に粗品を入れて配ったり、お子さんに風船をあげたりしているそうです。また、秋には落ち葉掃きを行なって地域へ貢献しています！
今回の取材を通し、証券オンリーの業務形態という証券会社のイメージがガラリと変わり、コンサルティングや不動産業務、税務のご相談や遺産整理業務や有料老人ホームなどお客様に合わせて、野村ならではの幅広い商品やサービスが利用できる事がわかりました。証券会社に対するイメージが変わると思うので、一度是非ご相談に行ってみてください。
学生にとっても支店の方の生の声を聞くことは、貴重な経験になりました。株について全然知識が無くても細かく丁寧に教えて頂いて、情報量も多いので私がお客様であったら信頼して投資を任せられるなと思いました。

Nomura Securities Seijo Branch
Our interview took us down the road to Nomura Securities Seijo Branch!
The office is located about 2 minutes on foot from Seijogakuen-Mae station, and opened in front of Seijo Gakuen on 10th November, 1988. The branch will be 30 years old next year. In this interview, we interviewed people who are on work experience at the branch, as well as full time employees.
The inside of the branch has a very calming wood grain tone, making it a shop where customers can relax as they talk. The feeling was one of coziness and cleanliness
The Nomura Securities NISA character, “Wonderful Lad” is the first thing you see at the reception desk.
Magazines and other publications are available so that customers can relax while they wait to be attended to.
In the work experience, the student plays the part of the customer seeking life planning consulting!
Nomura’s life planning will help you manage your assets in three steps: Hearing → Planning → Suggestions. First of all, they ask about the current situation of the customer, their future life plan, worries, future wishes etc., and simulate the transition of assets, etc., based on the content of the interview. They plan specific future targets together with the customer and propose solutions
The first one was a 45-year-old man with a wife and two children, aged eight and ten. They assumed 6 million yen savings and an annual income of 6 million yen, and asked for future life planning.
In the case of this man, the savings amount is too small and he will be bankrupt at between 60 years old to 65 years old, as long as his income does not increase, and it seems his situation will finally become positive only after reducing expenditure. In order to avoid bankruptcy, they looked for the optimum plan together while considering the items that can increase expenditure and the items where he would have to reduce expenditure, all the time considering the customer’s feelings to the utmost. In this way, the customer can receive consultation while thinking about their life plan together with the advisor, so they can see the reality objectively, rather than thinking on their own. While looking at the graph, they review the current asset situation, visualize the problems and propose a solution.
Prior to undergoing this on the job training, I thought that buying stock would be the focus of the work, but I thought it was marvelous how the consulting looked at how people can rethink their current earnings in order to better create a life plan that fully leverages their current assets.
And when we hear the words “securities company”, we have an image of handling only stocks and FX, but in addition to securities such as stocks and investment trusts, there are also inheritance measures such as real estate, tax, insurance and wills trusts, and I was surprised to be doing business in such a wide range of fields.
The second customer was a 21 year old man who wanted to invest 300 thousand yen, which he had saved over three years at a part-time job. The challenge was how to double that amount.
First, the advice was in the form of introducing recommended shares based on careful hearing such as how much money could be invested.
Based on company reports and other information, we suggested which stocks he could invest in to increase his shares, and encouraged him to invest not only in Japan but also overseas companies’ shares. For example, Nomura Securities is currently recommending “Nomura Indian share investment” as an investment.
Until now, through the business experience, I had the idea that enormous amounts of money would be spent on equity investment, but I also found that even students can invest in stocks through stock funding and NISA. I became interested in stocks and I wanted to try it as well. Also, as the branch office staff say, “Because the stock price of each company fluctuates every day, it is fun to see it every day!” It is very difficult work for the staff to tell customers which companies to invest in on a particular day in order to make a killing, but it is also rewarding work.
When we asked, what is the motivation of the work? the answer was, to be trusted by the customer. If a customer opens an account but does not put any money in it, then when we meet them and talk to them, if we can get them to make a deposit or to purchase some kind of product, it gives us the motivation to work. We feel that the important part of our work is to build trust with the customer.
Also, there is motivation when we are thanked by our customers.
In addition, the work on which the Seijo branch is focusing is roughly divided into two. The first is 90% of the branch’s business is individual customers, many of whom are elderly people, and, typical of many affluent residential areas in Japan, many people are worried about inheritance. It seems that they are putting emphasis on insurance and deposits, for real estate trading. The other is a focus on debt-type investment trusts with low risk for the elderly. Apart from the areas into which Nomura Securities as a whole is focused, I felt that the work of each branch has a particular character.
There are many young employees at the Seijo branch, who seems to enjoy the friendly atmosphere. At Nomura Securities, new hires spend a certain period of time learning customer relations, professional jargon and various other types of specialist knowledge, with lecturers invited to give training.
Moreover, the staff make efforts every day to acquire skills and knowledge beyond the customers’ expectations.
Also, as regards what they doing with local communities is that they distribute gifts with pamphlets at the cherry blossom festival held in April every year, and balloons are distributed to the children. Also, in the autumn they participate in sweeping leaves and other community activities.
Through this interview, our image of the work of a securities company changed from one of securities only to one that involves Nomura Securities’ wide range of products, including consulting, real estate, tax and inheritance and other types of asset management, senior citizens’ nursing homes, etc. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. You’ll find your ideas about securities companies changed.
For us, listening to comments of the people working at the branch office has been a valuable experience. Even though we do not have any knowledge at all about securities, we were given a lot of information in a very kind and patient manner. We felt that, had we been customer, we should surely have had the confidence to leave our investments in their capable hands.

今回私たちは、成城駅北口から徒歩２分にある『ROOM OF ANNE（ルームオブアン）』 さんにインタビューさせていただきました！
店の外見はとても清潔感があり、the女性向けのお店という印象を受けました。
早速店長の山木さんにお話をお聞きしました！
創業は1984年で、昔からカントリー雑貨やアンティークを集めるのが好きで、成城小学校に通っていたことが成城にお店を出すきっかけとなったそうです。
お店のコンセプトとしては年代に関わらず皆さんに楽しんでもらう雰囲気や商品を提供することだそうです。
店内にはどんな商品があるのでしょうか、、、
アクセサリーや小物など、女性向けの可愛らしい小物がたくさんありますね.
昔は山木さん本人が商品を作っていたこともあったそうですが、最近は他のお店の商品とかぶらないように自ら展示会に参加したり、業者さんからも商品を仕入れてるそうです。
人気の商品は季節によって違うそうですが、夏にはスマイルのワンポイントがついたシンプルなTシャツが、９月現在はこれからの冬に向けた手袋が売れているそうです。

他のお店にはないルーム・オブ・アンさん独自の手袋はかわいらしいデザインで寒い真冬には毎日着けたくなりますね。
最後にお店の今後についてお聞きしました。
「今年で34年目になり、かなり長くお店をやっているので、今までのお客様一人一人を大切にし、感謝を伝えてやっていきたいです。さらに新たなお客様に興味を持ってお店の商品を見に来てくれるようにつとめてまいります。」

今回わたしたちが取材をさせていただいたお店は、「成城焼肉おはな」さんです！
創業は今年で7年目で、向かいにお店を構える「李朝」さんの姉妹店としてオープンされたそうです。
成城学園前駅から徒歩1分とアクセスも抜群なお店です。
早速、地下にある店内へお邪魔させていただくと、、、
このような洗練された高級感の漂う雰囲気で、とてもおしゃれで落ち着く空間でした！
また、店内のいたるところにはハワイを感じさせる装飾やサーフボードまで！
というのも、ハワイ語で家族や互助組織のことを「おはな」と言うそうです。
古代ハワイでは、分かち合い・助け合いを大切にする精神があったといいます。親しい友人や仲間のことを「おはな」と呼ぶこともあります。
「おはな」には大切な方々と大切な時間を過ごしていただきたい、
そんな願いが込められているそうです！
とても素敵な店名だと感じました。
お忙しいなか、今回は内田様にお話しをお伺いすることができました。
まず、お店のこだわりを尋ねてみると、
牛の産地にこだわり、山形牛などの良質なお肉を仕入れていることや、店名の由来ともなっているご家族さまが楽しく、安心してお食事の時間を過ごしていただけるように心がけて接客をされていることだそうです。
内田さんからオススメしていただいたメニューはミスジやランプ、イチボなどの焼肉屋さんならではの絶品な希少部位のメニューです。
人気のメニューはカルビやタン塩、さらには自家製ドレッシングを使用したチョレギサラダも人気が高いとおっしゃっていました。
卓上には、こだわりのつまった6種類もの調味料があり、
お好みに合わせてさらに美味しくお肉がいただくことができます。
お酒のメニューもいろいろな種類のものが取り揃えられており、とくに自家製のレモン酒サワーなど、レモン系のお酒がたくさんあったことが印象的でした。

ランチタイムでのオススメはおはな盛り合わせ定食だそうです。
様々な種類のお肉を一度に味わうことのできるとてもお得な定食です。
しかもなんと、ランチタイムはごはん、スープ、キムチ、ナムルがおかわり自由となっています！
このほかにも、0〜5辛の辛さを選べるチゲ鍋や石焼ビビンパなど美味しそうなメニューが本当にたくさん揃っていると感じました。
ランチタイムの営業は、今回の取材を通じて初めて知ることができました。
コスパがかなりいいので、学生さんにもとてもオススメです。

Yakiniku shop with an authentic Hawaiian feel “Seijo Yakiniku Ohana”
We visited “Seijo Yakiniku Ohana” for our interview.
Now in its seventh year, the shop was opened across the street from its sister shop, “Richo”.
Just a one minute walk from Seijo Gakuenmae station, the shop has excellent access.
Immediately, upon entering to the store in the basement, one is met with an atmosphere of sophisticated luxury and a very stylish and relaxed space. Also, the shop is decorated everywhere in Hawaiian style, including surfboards!
We were told that, in the Hawaiian language, “ohana” means family, and mutual help.
In ancient Hawaii, there existed the spirit of sharing and helping each other. Friends and comrades are also included in “ohana”.
“Ohana” also includes the feeling of wanting to share important times with important friends and loved ones.
What a beautiful name for a restaurant.
Mr. Uchida took time out of his busy day to talk to us.
When I asked about the shop’s policy, he explained that they place great importance on the origin of the meat they use, insisting upon quality beef, such as Yamagata beef, as well as on good customer service so that customers can spend an enjoyable and relaxed time with their families and friends, as the name of the restaurant suggests.
The dishes recommended by Mr. Uchida were rare cuts that you could only get from a Yakiniku shop, such as top blade, rump and ichibo. Popular items on the menu include galbi, tongue and even Korean dressing using homemade ingredients.
On the tables there are six kinds of carefully chosen seasonings so that customers can enjoy the meat in the way that is most delicious to them.
There is a range of alcoholic drinks available, and particularly impressive is the range of homemade lemon based drinks.
Ohana offers not only a dinner time menu, but also lunch time! The price of the lunch menu is very reasonable (980 yen, including tax).
The recommended lunch menu is the Ohana plate, which offers various kinds of meat in one dish.
In addition, at lunchtime, refills of rice, soup, kimchi and namul are provided free. Besides this, there is a range of really delicious looking dishes, such as jjigae and bibimba, available at different levels of spiciness, from 0 to 5.
I found out about the lunchtime menu at Ohana by doing this interview. It is very good value for money, so it is highly recommended for students.

9月3日から5日まで、第26回経営学合同ゼミナール研究発表大会が、滋賀大学の澤木聖子、陳韻如の両先生ゼミナールによる共同主催、会場・彦根ビューホテルにて開催されました。
1990年に開始されたこのプロジェクトでは、学生が企画運営する合宿＆研究発表の形式でわれ、教員＆学生（学部生、大学院生）が大学の枠を超えて学び、相互に交流を図ることを目的としています。毎年、主催（幹事校）が決める大会テーマでプレゼンテーション力を競い、お互いの意識を高めあうことができます。最近10年間では京都大学をはじめ、20以上の大学ゼミナールが参加してきました。
今年の参加校は、大分大学、滋賀大学（2つのゼミ）、甲南大学（2つのゼミ）、公立鳥取環境大学、就実大学、相愛大学、法政大学、北海学園大学、中央大学、成城大学の計10大学12ゼミナールで、総勢180名を超える参加者となりました。
境ゼミナールは、「空き家活用による地域共生～世田谷区と大田区の物件調査を踏まえた新たな提案～」と題して、現代日本の諸問題において、私たちの生活に欠かすことが出来ない衣食住に着目し、なかでも全国で深刻化が懸念される空き家問題を取り上げ、ゼミ生による実際の物件調査にもとづいて、空き家活用に新たなデザイン・提案を試みました。
審査の結果、境ゼミナールは第１位、最優秀を受賞しました。境ゼミナールは2008年から10回目の参加となり、4年連続で受賞しています。3年ゼミ生によるチームワークで実現させました。この貴重な経験が、今後の教育、研究、就活に大いに役立つものと思われます。

私たちは、成城学園前駅から徒歩1分の場所にある、ガーベラpart2さんにお邪魔しました。
安部小夜香さんにお話をお伺いしました。
創業は1982年、お祖母様がオーナーで、親子三代で経営されています。
お祖母様が趣味で開業し、以前は四丁目に２店舗展開で出店していましたが、今はこの場所に移り周りのお店の中で一番歴史のあるお店となっているのだそうです。
お店のお洋服のコンセプトは、デパートにはない、他と被らないものとしており、今ご来店されているお客様の年齢層は4.50代から90代の女性が多いとおっしゃっていました。
お店の内装にもたくさんの工夫がなされていました。
洋服同士が重ならないようにひとつひとつが見やすくディスプレイされており、カラフルで個性的な洋服が並ぶ店内はとても魅力的でした。
小物も豊富に展開されています。
好きなものや、良いと思った洋服を自由に仕入れることが仕事をしていて楽しいとお話ししてくださいました。
デパートなどに比べリーズナブルな価格で、最初から最後まで笑顔で接客して下さり、自分の好みの洋服を見つけることができます！

Clothes shop attending to three generations “Gerbera part 2”
For our interview, we visited “Gerbera part 2” located 1 minute on foot from Seijo Gakuenmae station.
We spoke with Ms. Sayaka Abe.
The shop was opened in 1982, owned by the grandmother and is run by three generations.
Ms. Abe’s grandmother opened started the business as a hobby, and used to have two shops in the area, before moving to the current location. The shop now has the longest history of any of the surrounding shops.
The shop’s clothes concept is to provide articles that are unique and not found in department stores. The age range of many of the shop’s customers ranges from 40s to 90s.
A lot of thought has gone into the interior décor of the shop.
There was also a lot of ingenuity in the interior of the shop.
Articles are displayed so that they are easy to see, and do not obstruct each other.
The colourful and unique clothes line-up makes the shop interior very attractive.
There is also a plentiful display of accessories.
Ms. Abe explained that it is very enjoyable work to be able to buy the clothes that she likes and thinks are good. The shop’s prices are reasonable when compared with those of a department store, and with smiling, attentive service, the staff will help you find the clothes to suit your taste!
