今回、私たちは成城学園前駅北口から徒歩30秒の場所に位置する

「成城健康整体院駅前店」さんにお邪魔させていただきました。

本店は、成城6丁目のマルメゾンさんのお隣に位置し成城で13年目となります。

その姉妹店として成城学園前駅より徒歩1分のところに駅前店があります。

入り口はこのように和のテイストになっていておしゃれですね！個室で落ち着いた雰囲気なのでとてもアットホームでリラックスしやすい空間となっています。

 

出迎えてくださったのは吉澤宏充さん。ご家族で経営されているそうです。

スタッフさんの個々の技術を尊重していて、チェーン店とは違い、同じコース名でもスタッフさんによって施術のやり方は違うとのこと。

厳しい採用基準を満たした熟練した技術を持つスタッフさんのみが集まっているそうです！

 

整体の責任者は柔道整復師の国家資格を持つキャリア29年のベテランスタッフさんです。

 

その他にも40年のキャリアを持つ大ベテランの先生もいらっしゃいます。

またエステやフェイシャル・ボディケアのスタッフさんは「辛口で有名なエステ口コミサイトで数ヶ月連続1位をとったエステティシャンさんや 大手のエステティックコンテストでテレビに出演した経験のあるスタッフさんなど技術力の高いスタッフさんが集まっています。

 

お客様の満足度も非常に高く、売り上げの“95％”がリピーターさんだそうです！

訪れる方は比較的20代の方は少なく、お医者さんや芸能関係の方や映画監督などもいらっしゃるそうです！

世に出ている映像作品に成城健康整体院さんが少なからず貢献しているということですね！

成城健康整体院さんが大事にしていることはスタッフさんにこの事業の意義をしっかりと理解してもらうことだとお伺いしました。このような共通意識がある為に多くのお客様に満足して頂いているのかと思いました。

 

何か地域活性化の為にしていることはなんですか？という質問に、「この事業自体が地域活性化に繋がっていることを願っています。。地元の方に施術を通じて元気になってもらい、パフォーマンスが上がる。

また、家族の方や周りの方に本当だったら優しくしてあげたいのに、疲れている時って、つい優しく接することが出来ないことってありますよね？
その疲れをとる事ができれば、家族やパートナーの方に優しい言葉をかけられたり、わがままをいう子供に感情的にならなかったり色々とよい影響が波紋していくと思うのです。その波紋が地域の活性化に繋がっていく。その想いが私どもの原動力なんです。

Their skillful techniques make us better!!  SEIJO KENKO SEITAIIN EKIMAETEN

 

I went to interview “SEIJO KENKO SEITAIIN EKIMAETEN” (SEIJO Clinic, Seijo Station Branch).It’s thirty seconds’ walk from the north entrance of Seijo station.

 

The main clinic has been located next to Malmaison in Seijo’s 6-chome district, and has been in Seijo for 13 years.

 

“SEIJO KENKO SEITAIIN EKIMAETEN” is a branch clinic.

 

This is the clinic entrance. It’s a kind of hidden salon in a private house!

The entrance is in a beautiful traditional Japanese style. The space is very comfortable because it is a private room with a relaxed atmosphere.

Mr. HIROMITSU YOSHIZAWA. His family runs the clinic.

This store’s commitment is to the high technical level of their staff.

Mr. Yoshizawa explained that they respect each staff member’s individual techniques. Unlike a chain store, even if you select the same course, the techniques of individual staff members are different.

All of the staff are experience technicians who met passed strict criteria.

The person in charge of manipulative therapy is a veteran state qualified Judo Healing Practitioner with 29 years of experience.

There are also other practitioners who have some 40 years experience!

In addition, the esthetician in charge of beauty care and facial and body care was voted No. 1 for several consecutive months by a very strict and well known esthetics review site.

Some of the staff have appeared on TV esthetics contests run by a major company

The customers’ degree of satisfaction is very high and 95% of the customers are repeaters.

Relatively few of the customers are in their twenties, tending more to be doctors, entertainment industry people and even movie directors.

We can say that SEIJO KENKO SEITAIIN is contributing to theatrical pieces that are known around the world!

It was explained to me that the important thing is the staff understand the significance of their work.

I feel that the satisfaction of so many customers comes from this shared understanding.

 

“How are you contributing to local social activation?” I asked. Local people feel better after treatment.

And, sometimes, people want to be kind to their family and people around them, but are not able to because they are exhausted. If I can remove that fatigue, a lot of good influence will spread. For example, my customers will be able to speak kindly to their families and partners and not behave like emotional or selfish children.

 

This    will be connected with regional activation.

The feelings is our motive power.

 

Aha!  Local social activation we can actually see? Like picking up garbage from the street.

 

People feel good from going to SEITAIIN, and then feel energized to contribute to the community. What a spiffing concept!

今回、私たちは季節料理藤さんにお邪魔させていただきました。

初めての食レポということで少し緊張しながらもお店へ。

成城学園前駅から成城大学に向かって徒歩１分。

通りの中ほどにある落ち着いた佇まいのお店です。

季節料理藤さんは、昭和４２年３月に創業。

今年の３月で４９年目を迎えます。

当時から変わらず、この場所でご家族とともに暖簾を守ってきました。

趣き深い店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、まさに『和』を感じさせる内装です。

昼は学生やお年寄りの方が多く、夜になると居酒屋として会社員の方々で賑わいます。

すると、近くの寮に住んでいるという留学生の方がちょうどお食事を終えたところで、

『とっても美味しかった！』

と大変満足した様子でインタビューに答えてくださいました。（ご協力ありがとうございます！）

これは楽しみ♪

 

今回私たちがごちそうになったのは、「日替り定食」。

まずお味噌汁から一口。みその香りがほんのり口の中で広がり、これだけでもご飯がすすみそうです。

次に小鉢に入ったマグロのお刺身。口に入れたとたんにとけてなくなってしまいました。

魚介類は、毎朝早朝から大将自ら築地まで足を運び、長年信頼のおける仲買さんから厳選したものを仕入れており、素材にはとことんこだわっているそうです。

続いては「若さぎフライ」。これまたサクサクの衣でぺろりと平らげてしまいました。

完食です。

一品一品が上品で味わい深く、食材本来の良さを大事にしながら、丁寧に調理しているのが食事から伝わってきました。

定食の種類も豊富で、他にも様々なお料理を堪能することができます。

季節料理藤さんのこだわりは、とにかく素材を大切にすること。

お酒も長年の信頼関係のある蔵元さんから仕入れ、どのようなお酒が藤さんの料理と合うか、日々意見交換をしています。

また、家族で営んでいるからこそ生まれるアットホームな雰囲気が長年、お客さんをひきつけ、中には調布や新百合ヶ丘からも毎日足を運んで食べにくる常連の方もいらっしゃるそうです。

こだわりはこんなところにも。

壁にメニューとして貼り出されているこちら。実は紙ではなく、「経木」と呼ばれる木材を薄く削ったものが使われているのです。檜の香りがほのかにして、お店の雰囲気の良いアクセントになっています。

そしてこちらがお店の大将。インタビューをお引き受けしていただいた加藤さんのお兄様です。

大将には、お店を経営していくにあたって大切にしている流儀があります。

“細かなことにも、とことん手間を惜しまない”

お客さんに美味しく味わってもらうために、日々仲買さんとのコミュニケーションを大切にし、食材の鮮度を保つ工夫を徹底することなど、「小さな努力でもすべて伝わっている」ということを忘れてはいけない。お店の雰囲気作りにしても然り。

お客さんでも仕入れ先でも信頼関係を築き、こだわり尽くしてきたからこそ、４９年も人々に愛される藤さんがあるのだと思いました。

大将のお話は、飲食経営のプロフェッショナルたるもので、私たち学生にも通ずるところがあると感じ、とても勉強になりました。

皆さんも温かい雰囲気のお店で、こだわり尽くされたお料理とお酒を是非ご堪能あれ。

Have a wonderful time with specialty Japanese cuisine and sake

This time, we went to the Seasonal Dishes Restaurant, “Fuji”. This was my first report so, I was a bit tense when I went to Fuji. 

It is only a one minute walk from Seijogakuen-Mae station. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and is in the middle of the shopping street. Fuji was founded in March, 1967. This March marks their 49^th year. Continuously since then, Fuji has been in this place, run by the Kato family. (Kato-san and his family are the owners of Fuji.) Fuji has a relaxed atmosphere, and you can enjoy feeling of “wa” Japanese culture. At lunch, there are a lot of students and elderly people. At night, the shop operates as a bar, and there are many office workers. By the way, some foreign students who live in the dormitory nearby had just finished their meal, and said, “It was really delicious!!” They seemed satisfied with the meal. (Thank you for accepting an interview!) I can’t wait for my turn! I had “higawari-teisyoku” (Today’s special) At first, I had miso soup. The flavor of miso spread in my mouth gently. Next, there was sashimi of tuna in a small bowl. It melted in my mouth. This is “deep-flied smelts”. It was with a crisp coating. I devoured it. Each dish has a refined and deep taste. Those dishes made me feel that they were made taking good care to produce the original taste and flavor of quality ingredients. There are various kind of set menu. You can fully enjoy eating them. At Fuji, they take ingredients seriously. As for sake, this is bought from reliable sake brewers which whom they have had dealings for many years. There is a menu posted on the wall. It’s not made of paper, but actually is a very thinly cut sheet of Japanese cypress, of a type called “kyougi”. And, this is Kato-san, the owner of Fuji. As a Japanese chef, Kato-san has a personal philosophy. “Even little things, spare no effort. ” He told us “So that I can serve my customers tasty dishes, it’s very important for me to have good communication with my suppliers on a daily basis and to do my best to make sure my ingredients are always fresh. I need to remember that even the slightest effort makes a difference. That’s how we create the atmosphere of the shop.” I think that Fuji has been loved for 49 years because they have made every efforts to build trust with their customers and suppliers. I think Kato-san’s attitudes are certainly professional. We should learn from him.  Why don’t you try refined cuisine and sake in the relaxing atmosphere of Fuji? We appreciate all Kato-san’s family for taking the time in their busy schedule!!

今回、私達がお邪魔させていただいたのは、今年で創業60年になる成城カメラさんです！！

成城学園前駅から徒歩1分と、駅からとっても近い場所にあります。

こちらは、成城付近で唯一のカメラ屋であるため、

多くの地域の方々が家族写真を撮る時などに訪れるそうです。

お店の外観は、とても入りやすい雰囲気があります。

中に入ると、横尾さんご夫婦と可愛らしいフクロウが温かく迎えてくださいました♪

店内はとても明るく、お客様との距離が近いなという印象でした！

この成城カメラさんは、横尾さん夫妻のお二人で経営されているそうです。

さっそくいくつか質問させていただきました！！

このお仕事をされて、嬉しかったことは何ですか？

成城という土地柄もあり、文化人や映画俳優など有名な方々がお客様として来てくださるそうです。やはり有名人の方々とお会いできることはとても喜びを感じるそうです。

終戦後は、兵隊さんがプライベートの写真を撮りに来ることも多くそういった方々に教えていただいたことも多いとおっしゃっていました。

次に、写真の魅力とは何ですか？

 10年、20年と経って写真を見た時に、時の流れを感じ感動することだそうです。

定期的にお子様の写真を撮りに来てくださっているお客様に成長過程の写真を渡したところ、とても喜んでくれたことがあったそうです。そのように時の流れを目で感じられるのはとっても素敵ですよね！

最後に、このお店の強みは何ですか？

 奥様曰く、ご主人のまめで親切なお人柄だそうです。

今回のインタビューにお邪魔させていただいたことで、私たちも横尾ご夫妻の温かく優しい対応にとても助けられました。お店にご来店されるお客様にも親切に近い距離で接していらしたのが印象的でした。電車を乗り継いでこちらへいらっしゃるお客様もいらっしゃると聞き、このお二人のお人柄こそだと思いました。また、このご夫婦の信頼やお人柄が60年という歴史を築く秘訣ではないでしょうか。

  

お店の中にあるたくさんの機械…！！

全て写真を現像するための機械だそうです。今となっては機械の発達により短時間での現像が可能となりましたが、かつては店内で泊まり込みをしていたこともあるそうです。

フィルムカメラからデジタルカメラへの時代の変化にはご夫婦も大変苦労なさったそうです。

店内に飾られている絵画はご主人の趣味で、壁にはたくさん飾られていました。何枚も飾られているので、とても華やかになりますね！

ご主人が店内にある様々な機会を丁寧に説明してくださりました。

最後に、“写真は時間の経過と共に価値観が上がる宝物”というお言葉をいただき、思わず私たちも幼少期の写真を見返したくなりました(^O^)

Giving shape to memories　Seijo camera

We visited Seijo camera, which this year will celebrate 60 years since its founding!

It is just 1 minute on foot from Seijo Gakuenmae station.

 

Since this is the only camera shop near Seijo, it seems that many people come when they want to take family photos.

 

The shop has a very welcoming appearance.

Inside, Mr. and Mrs. Yoko, and a cute owl, warmly welcomed us.

The interior of the shop was nice and bright and had a very intimate atmosphere!

 

Seijo Camera is managed by Mr. and Mrs. Yoko.

So, we began our questions!

 

What makes you happy in this job?

“Part of the local colour of Seijo is that a lot of famous people, such as cultural figures and film actors, come into the shop. It’s very nice to have such famous customers

 

After the war ended, many soldiers came to take private pictures and we heard many stories from them.”

 

Next, what is the charm of a photograph?

“You can feel the passage of time when looking at pictures after 10 years and 20 years.

When we give customers their pictures, when they come to take periodic photographs of their children growing up, we like to see their happy faces. It is wonderful to feel the passage of time like this with your eyes!”

 

Finally, what is the strong point of this store?

Mrs. Yoko told us that is was the kind personality of her husband.

 

When we came to do our interview, we were also treated very warmly and kindly by Mr. and Mrs. Yoko. Our impression was that that Mr. Yoko maintains an intimacy with the customers who visit the store.

felt close at a close distance to customers visiting our store. When we heard that some customers travel quite far, changing trains several times, to visit the store, we felt that it must be because of the personalities of Mr. and Mrs. Yoko. Surely, it’s the reliability and kindness of Mr. and Mrs. Yoko that is the secret to their 60 year history.

 

Such a lot of equipment in the shop …!

 

These are all machines for developing photos. Now it is possible to develop in a short time due to the advancement of the equipment, but Mr. and Mrs. Yoko used to have to work overnight in the store in the old days.

They also had a hard time in changing from the era film cameras to digital cameras.

The walls of the shop are brightly decorated with many lovely paintings, which is Mr. Yoko’s hobby.

 

Mr. Yoko carefully politely the various machines in the shop to us.

Finally, Mr. Yoko taught us, “A photograph is a treasure whose value increases with the passage of time”, which made us want to look back over the pictures of our own childhood.

 

Why do not recall some of your most important moments with Seijo Camera?

今回私達が取材を行ったのは、成城学園前駅から徒歩2分程のところにある「ＨＩＳ　成城支店」さんです。

全国・海外に数多く拠点を置くＨＩＳさん。

私達のような学生同士の旅行での利用はもちろん、家族旅行・一人旅など希望に合わせて豊富な旅行プランを提案してくださいます。

そんなＨＩＳで旅行できる国の数はなんと63か国・２１１拠点！！

それぞれどんな旅が待っているのでしょうか。想像しただけでも楽しみですね。

今回私たちが取材をさせていただいた成城支店では、お客様に対するサービスを重視しながら営業をなさっています。

私達がお店を入った際には、すぐにお店の方が暖かく声をかけてくださいました。

そして、小さいお子様のためのキッズコーナー！

どの席からも見えるので、お母さんも安心して旅行のお手続きができますね。

いくつか質問をさせていただきました。

まず、成城支店がオープンしたのは2013年。

今年で3年目となるのですね。

近年、世界情勢が大きく変わり、その影響が少なからずＨＩＳさんにも出ているようです。

そのため最近では国内への旅行に行く方が多いそう。

お客様に安心して旅行していただけるよう、お客様目線での対応を心がけているそうです。

これからもっと海外の需要が広がるといいですね。

成城支店さんのお客様への細かい気配りを重視したお店づくりによって、リピーターの方が増えているそうです。

常にお客様目線での接客が、「成城の街に溶け込む店づくり」の原点なのではないでしょうか。

また最近では、ネットで旅行の手続きができる便利なシステムも増えていますが、窓口でのご契約をすることの利点とは？

・Face to faceで旅行のプランを作っていくので、希望に合ったプランを作ることができます。

For our report, we visited the “HIS Seijo branch office” which is about 2 minutes on foot from Seijo gakuemmae station.

HIS Corporation has many offices throughout the country and abroad. Of course, is it often used by students like us. They can propose the most suitable travel plans to meet the needs of people who want to travel as a family, or travel alone, etc.

Using HIS, you can visit 63 countries and 211 locations!  What kind of travel is waiting for you? It’s fun even to imagine, isn’t it?

The staff who work at the Seijo branch office is particular about the service they provide to their customers. When we entered a store, the staff addressed us warmly. And there was a kids’ section for small children! The children can be seen from any seat in the office so the mother make her travel plans without worrying.

We interviewed Ms. Abe of the Seijo branch office. (Photograph at left) She’s very pretty. I asked her several questions.  First the Seijo branch office opened in 2013. This year will be its third year. The world situation has changed significantly in recent years, and the influence and HIS Corporation has also felt the effects. Therefore, it’s said that there are a lot of people who go on trips within Japan recently. HIS tries to provide service from the customer’s perspective, so that they can travel with peace of mind. Let’s hope that the demand for foreign travel increases in future. Thanks to the detailed care that they provide, the number of repeaters is increasing. Surely it’s by always providing service from the customer’s perspective that is the starting point of creating a shop that blends in with Seijo town>

Recently, there are more and more convenient systems that allow you to book your travel online, so what is the advantage of going to the branch office?

Creating a travel plan face to face means it’s possible to make a plan that matches the customer’s wishes. A plan of travel is being made in Face to face, so it’s possible to make a plan which meets customer’s hope.

今回ご紹介するのは成城堂時計店さんです！

店舗は成城学園前駅北口から徒歩1分の場所に位置しており、誰でも気軽に立ち寄ることができます。

成城大学の駅からの通学路にも面しているので、学生の方は一度ならず見かけたことがあるのではないでしょうか。

店舗の外装はこちら！

レンガ造りの装飾が施されたシンプルな外装がとてもお洒落ですよね！アンティークな雰囲気が時計店にぴったりです。

出迎えてくださったのは、店長の石田公宣さん。

お一人で経営されているそうで、なんと時計の販売・修理から眼鏡の調整まですべてお一人でされているそうです。

私達のインタビューにも丁寧に対応してくださり、お客様一人一人を大切にしている姿勢を感じました。

成城堂時計店さんは、昭和7年創業の歴史ある店舗です。

成城にお住まいの方々の良いブランド物の時計をブランド店より安く修理している“修理に特化した時計店”だそうです。

成城に位置する親しみのあるお店で修理できたら安心ですし、アクセス的にもコスト的にも嬉しいですね！

店内はこぢんまりとしていて、お客様一人一人に充分なサービスが行き届く環境が整っています。

修理以外に物販もされているそうなので、ここでは商品を一部紹介させていただきます。

時計の種類は掛け時計・置時計・腕時計と豊富で、ブランド品は取り寄せることもできるそうです。

デジタルタイプの商品や腕時計用のバンドも陳列しています。お好みで時計とバンドをカスタマイズして、自分だけの特別な時計が持てたら素敵ですね！

時計店ですが、時計だけでなく眼鏡の種類もこんなに豊富！時計も眼鏡も一緒のお店でメンテナンスできるなんて便利です。

学生の私達は時計店に入る機会はあまりないので、新鮮で勉強になりました！

私も将来一生ものの大切な時計を持つようになったら、学生時代を思い出しつつ成城堂時計店さんに立ち寄らせていただきたいと思いました。

A place of encounter your special watch　 Seijodo-Tokeiten

 

We visited Seijodo-Tokeiten!

The store is located just a 1-minute walk from Seijo-Gakuenmae Station north exit, and is very easy to find.

It is on the route to Seiko Gakuen from the station. Probably, our students have seen it many times.

Here is the storefront!

The simple brick decoration is very stylish! The antique atmosphere suits a clock shop.

Mr. Tadanori Ishida, the store manager, welcomed us.

He runs the business alone, and he does all the sales, clock and watch repairs, and adjustment of glasses.

He responded to our interview questions very carefully, and we could see that it is his policy to take care of each customer individually.

This shop has a long history, being established in 1932.

It is a watch repair shop that specializes in repairing the top brand clocks and watches of the residents of Seijo at cheaper prices that the brand shops themselves.

It is great to have a shop in Seijo where you can have your watch repaired with a friendly atmosphere and in such a convenient location!

The size and atmosphere of this shop are just right, so that he can give his full attention to each customer.

Besides repairs, the shop also sells clocks and watches. Let’s take a look at some of the goods on offer.

The shop sells many types of timepieces, including wall clocks, table clocks and wristwatches. Also, brand products may be ordered.

There are also digital products and watch bands on display. It is wonderful that we select our preferred watch and band, and have a customized watch!

This shop is a clock and watch shop, but it has many kinds of glasses too! It is convenient if you want maintain your watch and glasses at the same store.

This was a new experience for us, because as students we seldom have an opportunity to visit a clock and watch shop.

Once I get a special watch to last my whole life, I will go to Seijodo-Tokeiten, while remembering my student days.

今回、私たちは成城学園前駅から徒歩一分の場所に位置している成城風月堂さんにお邪魔しました。

 

 

風月堂さんは大正7年創業で、昭和5年頃に現在の場所に移転。

大正7年は今からなんと98年前！！来年100周年を迎える成城学園とほとんど同い年ということになります。

共に、成城の地域発展に貢献し、伝統を守ってきました。

 

 

 

昔はこのような街並みだったそうです。

 

 

当時は、成城生もよく集まって、ソフトクリームなどを食べていたそうです。

 

 

 

 

今の社長さんは3代目で、初代の社長さんは職人さん。

今でも、初代の社長さんの頃からあった商品を作り続け、手作りのものを提供するという形は変わっていません。

 

 

機械を導入し、大量生産する世の中、成城風月堂さんでは手作りにこだわり、

“出来るだけ出来たてを食べていただく”

“手作りの味を堪能していただく”

このようなスタイルが長い歴史を創り上げた秘訣だと思いました。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ここで、おすすめのお菓子を伺いました。

 

 

 

まずは、洋菓子！

甘い生クリームと甘酸っぱいイチゴがマッチしているショートケーキは、老若男女に愛される王道ケーキですね。

皮からあんこまですべて職人さんによる手作りだそうです。

あんこたっぷりで本当においしそうです！！！

 

 

 

・チョコレート

 

なんとチョコレートも手作り！！

バレンタイン・ホワイトデーとチョコレートはこれから注目すべき商品ですね！！！

 

 

 

本当にどのお菓子も美味しそうです！！！

 

 

ちなみに、このチョコレートを入れている箱、こちらは貼り箱という種類だそうで、通常の箱とは異なり、折りたたまない種類の箱だそうです。

昔からこの箱を使っており、現在ほとんどの店舗では折箱が主流な中、伝統を保持するため使用しているそうです。

今回私たちが紹介するのは、成城学園前駅西口を出て北へ徒歩２分の場所にある野間口会計事務所さんです！

 

 

 

 

 

事務所にお伺いすると所長税理士の野間口先生をはじめ、職員の方々が温かく迎えてくださいました。

全員集合すれば６名とのこと。

 

 

 

 

 

野間口会計事務所さんは、昭和５８年に祖師ヶ谷６丁目の御自宅で税理士として独立され、５年後に住まいを離れて成城に事務所の拠点を移されてから今年で２７年になります。

 

 

 

 

はじめに、なぜ税理士になられたのかお伺いしました。

 

野間口さんが税理士を目指したのは高校在学中。

ご両親を早くに亡くされたため、青年時代は自分でアルバイトをして学費を工面しながらの生活を送っていたそうです。

そんな生活を送る中、「はやく独立をしてより大きな歯車として社会のために役に立ちたい！」という強い野望を持ち始めました。

 

そしてはじめに目指したのが技術士でしたが、その厳しい現実に挫折していた…

そんな時！同じ寮の先輩が通信制大学に在学中で弁護士を目指しており、話を聞いているうちに影響を受け税理士になることを決意されました。

 

その後、難関といわれる試験を突破され、見事に夢を叶えたのです。

自らの逆境に打ち勝ち夢を叶えたその精神に、ただただ圧倒されてしまいました。

 

 

 

現在は都内周辺に中堅企業から中小零細企業、個人の自営業など様々な顧客を抱え、各社を訪問し記帳指導や経営に関する助言を行っています。

また、税務の代理や、財務書類の作成も行っています。

 

 

野間口さんは東京税理士政治連盟の副会長もなさっており、国会への陳情や、会員税理士による不正行為防止のための指導など、多方面でご貢献、ご活躍されています！

 

 

 

 

「税理士の仕事は何よりも信頼を築いてゆくのが大切です。」と野間口さんは言います。

 

そのためにも、自利利他の精神のもと、法令を遵守し、お客様の満足を最優先することが野間口会計事務所の経営方針です。

 

 

 

 

 

 

また、職員に対して最低限の秩序を守ることを前提として、自由で縛りつけない労働環境を心がけることがより良い経営につながるとおっしゃっていました。

事務所のドアを開いた時に感じた、明るく開放的な印象はこの心がけによって創られているのだと納得しました！

 

 

 

この仕事のやりがいについて、

「お客様（経営者の方）に本音で話をしてもらえるときがうれしい。

目では見ることのできない人生の機微（心や生き様）に触れたとき、私も新しい考え方に気づかされることがたくさんある。」

とおっしゃいました。

 

 

 

今後の展望については、

「野間口会計事務所としては人材を育て上げ次の世代へ円滑に引き継いでゆきたい。

また事務所以外では、東京税理士会を軸とする税理士業界において、次世代の人材育成に尽力したいですね。」

と語っていただきました。

 

 

 

税理士として、日本の未来を語られている姿は本当に素敵でした。

 

 

普段生活している中で、会計事務所にお世話になる機会は中々ありませんが、こんなに熱意を持ち信頼のおける会計事務所があることは、成城にとっての誇りであると思います。

 

 

また、経営学を学ぶ私たちにとって、会計の現場を知ることができる大変良い機会となりました。

皆さま、明けましておめでとうございます。

本年も、「商店街with成城っ子」をよろしくお願いいたします。

さて今回私たちは、生活用品・ギフト・贈答品「ホットマン　成城店」さんにお邪魔させていただきました！

今回私たちは授業があったので、大学から向かわせていただきました。

成城大学の正門を出て、イチョウ並木の通りを歩くこと約３分…

着きましたー！！

大学の近くにこんな可愛らしい外観のお店があるとは…！！

お店に入ると、優しい笑顔で店長の黒崎さんがお出迎えして下さいました。

「ホットマン　成城店」さんは2000年に創業されました。

また、全国展開されており北海道から九州までその数72店舗におよびます。

お店のコンセプトは「素敵な暮らしのお手伝い」で、工場で作られた商品は直接お店に運ばれ販売しています。

なのでお客様の声が届きやすく、丁寧なもの作りが出来るんだそうです！

お店の一番のおすすめ商品を伺ったところ「これがうちのおすすめであり、一番の人気商品です！」と自信を持って紹介して下さいました！

その商品は…

その名も「1秒タオル」！！

このタオルすごいんです！普通のタオルに比べて吸収力、素材、触り心地全てが全く違うんです！

ずっと触っていたいくらい気持ちいいです～！！

お話を楽しんでいると、１人の女性のお客様がご来店されました。そのお客様は1秒タオルを2枚購入されており、突撃取材をしてみました！

購入されたタオルはお返し用にあげるもので、普段自分も使っていておすすめできるものなので購入されたそうです。

そのお客様は肌が弱く、タオルには特に気を使っており「ホットマン」さんのタオルは肌触りが良く、こすらなくてもサッと拭くことができ、持ちも良いので長年愛用しているんだそうです。

また少しすると、また違う１人の女性のお客様がご来店され、１０枚程のハンカチを購入されており、またまた突撃取材をさせていただきました！

このお客様も友人にちょっとしたプレゼントとして購入されておりました。

そして聞いて驚いたのは、なんと１０年程前からここ「ホットマン」さんに通っているそうなんです！これだけ長年愛されているのはやはり自信を持って紹介出来る商品が揃っているからなんです！

また、「ホットマン」さんではタオルだけでなく、パジャマ、エプロン、ハンカチ、ポーチ、スリッパなどなど様々な「素敵な暮らし」のアイテムが揃っています！

また購入した商品に１行300円から刺繍をしてくれます！

世界に一つだけのタオル…なんてことも出来ちゃうんです★

展望としては、学生や20代などの若いお客様にもお店の魅力をもっと伝え、来店していただきたいとのことでした。

[Why not start your wonderful day off with a nice towel?  Hotman Seijo]

Hi, Happy New Year! We wish you all the best for this year.

Lately we got a chance to visit Hotman Seijo, a store handling household appliances and gifts.

On the day we visited the store, we headed there directly from our university because we all had classes.

It was a 3-minute-walk going through “Ginkgo Namiki” (avenue of ginkgo trees) from the main gate of the university.

As soon as we arrived at front of the store, we exclaimed “What a lovely-looking shop!”

Soon after we entered the store, Mr. Kurosaki, the manager of the store, gave us a very warm welcome with a gentle smile.

Hotman Seijo was opened in 2000.

And also Hotman are now operating 72 branches from Hokkaido to Kyusyu.

The concept of the store is “Help for a wonderful life”.

Their products are delivered directly from factories to the store.

This means they can have customer feedback easily and focus on careful product manufacturing in response to customer requests.

“What do you recommend the most??” we asked Mr. Kurosaki.

He said with confidence, “This is our recommendation and the most popular item at this store”.

The item is named……

“Ichibyo towel”!!

The word Ichibyo means “one second” in English. This towel is so amazing, it is much more absorbent and comfy than ordinary towels. I love this towel! It’s so comfy.

While enjoying conversation with the manager, a female customer came into the store and bought 2 Ichibyo towels.

So we had an interview with her about why she bought those towels.

She told us that she is very careful in choosing towels because she has sensitive skin, and Ichibyo towels are good to the touch, extremely absorbent, and very durable, so she always loves and uses them.

And after a while, another woman came into the store and she bought about 10 handkerchiefs.

We had a chance to interview her.

She told us that she bought them as a little gift for her friend, and to our surprise, she had been coming to the store for about a decade.

It means the products of the store are of high quality and confidently made.

Hotman handles not only towels but also pajamas, aprons, handkerchiefs, slippers and other lifestyle products.

And they also provide embroidery services so you can create your own, unique towel.

The manager said that, for the future, he wants tell students and people in their twenties about the appeal of his store, so that they will come and visit.

We recommend you to make a visit to the store once and experience such good products.

Finally we’d like to thank Mr.Kurosaki, the manager of the store for making time and welcoming us.

今回私たちは、「成城学園前郵便局」さんにお邪魔させていただきました！

郵便と貯金業務についてお話を伺いました。

郵便局に入るとお客さんと郵便局の方の話し声などが聞こえてきて非常に和やかな雰囲気が漂ってました。

これは、「成城学園前郵便局」さんのこだわりにも繋がっていくのでそこは後程お伝えいたします！

まず、外観です！

次に中の様子をお見せしたいのですが、金融機関は非常に重要な書類などを多く取り扱っているので中の写真はNGだそうです・・・

今回は、局長の吉川さんにお話をお伺いしました！

「成城学園前郵便局」の創業年は昭和３年２月２１日と８７年もの歴史があります。

この日本の郵便制度には「前島密」という方がキーパーソンになってきます！

この方は近代郵便制度の創設者の一人で、1円切手の肖像で知られています。

「郵便」や「切手」「葉書」という名称を定めたもの、前島密です！その功績から「郵便制度の父」と呼ばれるようになりました。

以前までの全体像としては、総務省をトップに持ち、そこからゆうちょ銀行、日本郵便、かんぽ生命と枝分かれしていました。

「成城学園前郵便局」さんは主に日本郵政、ゆうちょ銀行、かんぽ生命から業務を委託され、その売り上げの何パーセントかを給料として受け取っているそうです。

つい先日2015年11月4日、政府が発行済株式数の11%の株式を市場に売却し、日本郵政は東京証券取引所第一部に上場。

同時に日本郵政が保有する、ゆうちょ銀行とかんぽ生命保険の株式のそれぞれ11%も市場に売却され、子会社2社も東京証券取引所第一部に上場を果たしました。

ところで、皆さんは「郵便局」と聞いてどのようなイメージをお持ちでしょうか？？

「堅い」「生真面目」などこういったイメージをお持ちの方が多いのではないかと思います。

そこで「成城学園前郵便局」さんのこだわりをお聞きしたところ、 そのような「堅い」というイメージを壊したいご近所の方たちと他愛もない話ができて笑顔が溢れる雰囲気にしたいと仰っていました！

これは私たちがお伺いした時に感じたことだったので流石だな！と思いました！（上から目線で申し訳ないです・・・）

これからもあたたかい雰囲気を作り続けていただきたいです！！！

We visited the post office in front of Seijo Gakuen for our interview.

 

We heard all about the mail and postal savings businesses.

When we entered the post office, we could hear the voices of the customers and staff in a very harmonious atmosphere. This relates directly to the commitment of the staff at this particular post office, and we will come back to it later.

 

First, here is an external view of the post office.

Next, we wanted to show the inside of the post office but, as a financial institution, it handles very many important documents, so no photographs!

 

Postmaster Mr. Yoshikawa spoke to us.

The post office at Seijo Gakuen was opened 87 years ago, on February 21, 1928.

Hisoka Maejima was a key figure in the Japanese postal system.

He was one of the founders of the modern Japanese postal system, and his portrait appears on the one yen stamp.

It was Hisoka Maejima who coined the Japanese terms for “post (yubin)”, “stamp (kitte)” and “postcard (hagaki)”!

He is known as “the father of the Japanese postal system” on account of his achievements.

 

What had until then been under the auspices of the Ministry of Home Affairs was then divided up among the Postal Savings Bank, the Japan Post Office, and the Postal Insurance system.

 

The branch office at Seijo Gakuen carries out work of Japan Post, the Postal Savings Bank and Postal Insurance on a commission basis, and receives a percentage of the sales of these as remuneration.

 

On November 4, 2015, the Japanese government sold off 11% of the outstanding shares of Japan Post Holdings, and the company was listed in the “Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section”.

 

At the same time, 11 % of the stock of both the Postal Savings Bank and the postal insurance system KANPO were sold off, and the two subsidiary companies were listed the “Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section”.

 

By the way, what kind of image do you have when you hear the words “post office”?

I suspect that many of you will imagine the words “dry” and “serious”.

 

So, when we asked about the commitment of the Seijo Gakuen branch, we were told to forget the “dry” image. The staff there want to create an atmosphere full of smiles and banter with the local people.

When we heard this, this was exactly our impression too!

We hope that they will be able to maintain this warm atmosphere.

今回私たちは、中国料理「桂花」さんにお邪魔しました。

なんと！「桂花」さんは今年で創業30年を迎えます。

成城の方々に愛され続ける中国料理「桂花」さんの紹介をさせていただきます。

「桂花」さんは成城の駅中央口から徒歩1分の建物の2階ににあります。

ゆったりとして上品な雰囲気の店内は、とても過ごしやすいです。

今回担当してくださったオーナーの望月さんは気さくな方で、私たち取材班にとてもご丁寧にお店を紹介してくださいました。

「桂花」さんは主に上海、広東、四川の料理を扱っております。

「桂花」さんの創業以来のこだわりは、化学調味料・添加物を一切使用しないこと！！

食べることは体を健康にすること、という「医食同源」の精神を創業当初から貫いているそうです。

また、減塩やアレルギーなど細かい要望にも対応しています。

医食同源の精神に基づき、お客さんにいい料理を提供するという初心を忘れずにいたため、地元の方に愛され続けているのではないかと、望月さんは仰っていました。

おすすめの料理を伺ったところ、酸辣湯麺（サンラータンメン）が一番人気だそうです。

「東京で一番おいしい！！」なんて噂もあるそうですので、ぜひ酸辣湯麺を食べに足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか。

また、中国料理の代名詞である四川成都の陣麻婆豆腐や、一風かわった香港マンダリンホテルで出される、海老のマンゴーソースといった一流の中国料理を食べることができます。

We visited the Chinese restaurant “Keifa“.

“Keifa” has been loved by the people of Seijo for 30 years!

It is of the second floor of a building located one minute on foot from Seijogakuenmae Station central exit.

The shop is spacious with a refined atmosphere and makes one feel very relaxed.

The owner, Mr. Mochizuki is an openhearted person and told us all about the business.

Their dishes are mainly from Shanghai, Guangdong and Sichuan.

The policy of this restaurant is not to use any chemical seasonings or additives at all.

Since its establishment, the restaurant has consistently maintained the concept of a business seems to carry through mind of “ISHOKUDOUGEN” literally, “medicine and food from the same source”, eating healthy to keep the body sound.

In addition, the restaurant will accommodate customer demands for low sodium and care with allergies.

Mr. Mochizuki says it is because they have not forgotten their original intention to provide the dish which was good for the customers’ health, based on the concept of medicine and food from the same source, that they have stayed popular with the local people.

The dish which is the most popular in this restaurant is “SANRA-TANMEN” (hot and spicy noodle soup).

This dish is said by some to be “the most delicious in Tokyo!!”, so please do come along and try it once!

 

Also, you can first-class Chinese food such as Chen Mabo Dofu from Chengdu in Sichuan, synonymous with Chinese cooking, and prawns in mango sauce, a specialty of the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong.

They can also prepare dishes to deliver for home parties and other ceremonial occasions, so please do drop in to ask.

Keifa also takes reservations for events like year-end parties and new year parties.
