9月3日から5日まで、第26回経営学合同ゼミナール研究発表大会が、滋賀大学の澤木聖子、陳韻如の両先生ゼミナールによる共同主催、会場・彦根ビューホテルにて開催されました。

1990年に開始されたこのプロジェクトでは、学生が企画運営する合宿＆研究発表の形式でわれ、教員＆学生（学部生、大学院生）が大学の枠を超えて学び、相互に交流を図ることを目的としています。毎年、主催（幹事校）が決める大会テーマでプレゼンテーション力を競い、お互いの意識を高めあうことができます。最近10年間では京都大学をはじめ、20以上の大学ゼミナールが参加してきました。
今年の参加校は、大分大学、滋賀大学（2つのゼミ）、甲南大学（2つのゼミ）、公立鳥取環境大学、就実大学、相愛大学、法政大学、北海学園大学、中央大学、成城大学の計10大学12ゼミナールで、総勢180名を超える参加者となりました。

境ゼミナールは、「空き家活用による地域共生～世田谷区と大田区の物件調査を踏まえた新たな提案～」と題して、現代日本の諸問題において、私たちの生活に欠かすことが出来ない衣食住に着目し、なかでも全国で深刻化が懸念される空き家問題を取り上げ、ゼミ生による実際の物件調査にもとづいて、空き家活用に新たなデザイン・提案を試みました。

審査の結果、境ゼミナールは第１位、最優秀を受賞しました。境ゼミナールは2008年から10回目の参加となり、4年連続で受賞しています。3年ゼミ生によるチームワークで実現させました。この貴重な経験が、今後の教育、研究、就活に大いに役立つものと思われます。

私たちは、成城学園前駅から徒歩1分の場所にある、ガーベラpart2さんにお邪魔しました。

 

安部小夜香さんにお話をお伺いしました。

創業は1982年、お祖母様がオーナーで、親子三代で経営されています。

お祖母様が趣味で開業し、以前は四丁目に２店舗展開で出店していましたが、今はこの場所に移り周りのお店の中で一番歴史のあるお店となっているのだそうです。

 

お店のお洋服のコンセプトは、デパートにはない、他と被らないものとしており、今ご来店されているお客様の年齢層は4.50代から90代の女性が多いとおっしゃっていました。

 

お店の内装にもたくさんの工夫がなされていました。

洋服同士が重ならないようにひとつひとつが見やすくディスプレイされており、カラフルで個性的な洋服が並ぶ店内はとても魅力的でした。

小物も豊富に展開されています。

好きなものや、良いと思った洋服を自由に仕入れることが仕事をしていて楽しいとお話ししてくださいました。

デパートなどに比べリーズナブルな価格で、最初から最後まで笑顔で接客して下さり、自分の好みの洋服を見つけることができます！

Clothes shop attending to three generations “Gerbera part 2”

 

For our interview, we visited “Gerbera part 2” located 1 minute on foot from Seijo Gakuenmae station.

 

We spoke with Ms. Sayaka Abe.

The shop was opened in 1982, owned by the grandmother and is run by three generations.

Ms. Abe’s grandmother opened started the business as a hobby, and used to have two shops in the area, before moving to the current location. The shop now has the longest history of any of the surrounding shops.

 

The shop’s clothes concept is to provide articles that are unique and not found in department stores. The age range of many of the shop’s customers ranges from 40s to 90s.

 

A lot of thought has gone into the interior décor of the shop.

 

 

There was also a lot of ingenuity in the interior of the shop.

Articles are displayed so that they are easy to see, and do not obstruct each other.

The colourful and unique clothes line-up makes the shop interior very attractive.

 

There is also a plentiful display of accessories.
Ms. Abe explained that it is very enjoyable work to be able to buy the clothes that she likes and thinks are good. The shop’s prices are reasonable when compared with those of a department store, and with smiling, attentive service, the staff will help you find the clothes to suit your taste!

For our interview, we visited a Japanese restaurant, “SEIJO KITAYAMA”.

It takes 5minites on foot from the Odakyu Line Seijogakuen station.

SEIJO KITAYAMA celebrates its 18^th year in business this year.

Currently there are two shops, the main shop in Seijo and a branch in Shin-Yokohama, and traditional Japanese dishes which value and reflect the seasons.

The restaurant is visited by a wide range of customers, from families with children to people eating out with their customers, holding celebratory receptions, booking private rooms, and even single customers dining alone at the counter.

The staff take care to consider the customers’ needs, and customers can sit at the counter and enjoy chatting with the chef while they drink!

Among the regulars are families that visit SEIJO KITAYAMA for every event, from babies’ weaning ceremonies to children’s Shichi-go-san celebrations, and others that come every year to celebrate wedding anniversaries.

今回私たちは成城学園前駅から徒歩3分にある、金子商店さんにインタビューさせていただきました！

 

 

赤い屋根の可愛らしい店構え。店内には所狭しと書籍や商品が並んでいます。

 

 

 

1952年の創業以来、「成城の金子さん」という愛称で親しまれているこちらのお店。

 

もともとは炭屋でしたが、時代の流れとともに形を変え、現在リフォーム業者として地域の人々に愛されています。

リフォームを始めたきっかけは、成城育ちの現社長が昔なじみのお客さんの声を聞いたことだそう。

今では成城にもたくさんリフォームを手掛ける店がありますが、中でも早々にリフォームを始めたのがこの金子商店です。

 

さらに、給湯器やガス器具・エアコン、灯油などの燃料の販売も行われています。

 

写真の竹炭・竹酢液(竹炭を焼くときに竹の成分が蒸発し、それを冷やすことによって出来るもの)は、なんと自家製で、虫除けやスキンケアなどに役立てられています。

 

職人は何十年も金子商店で働くベテランばかり。大工さんをはじめ電気工事、水道工事、塗装工事など様々なプロが揃っているので、安心して相談ができます。

成城のみならず、世田谷区やそれ以外の地域に住む人々が笑顔で暮らせるよう、より快適で住み良い暮し創りをされています。

“Kaneko’s” Beloved in Seijo for generations

 

We chose Kaneko Shoten, “Kaneko’s”, which is three minutes on foot from Seijo Gakuenmae station.

 

The shop is in a pretty building with a red roof.

The shop is packed with books and products.

 

Since its establishment in 1952, the store has always been known by the familiar name of “Kaneko’s of Seijo”.

 

Originally a charcoal dealer, the business changed with the flow of the times, and is now well-known by the local people as a housing renovator.

 

The reason for starting the renovation business was that the current owner, growing up in Seijo, listened to the comments of people who had been customers for years.

 

There are many businesses that can offer renovation services in Seijo these days, but Kaneko’s started its business in the early days.

 

In addition, Kaneko’s also sells water heaters, gas appliances, air conditioners and kerosene and other fuels.

 

The bamboo charcoal and bamboo vinegar in the photo are homemade, are used for insect repellent and skin care, etc.

 

The staff are all veteran craftsmen who have worked for Kaneko’s for decades.

 

Kaneko’s has a full line-up of professionals, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters, so customers can consult them with confidence.

 

Kaneko’s are striving to bring smiles to the faces of the residents of not only Seijo but also Setagaya Ward and other areas.

今回私たちがお邪魔したのは、「TEPPAN CUSINE 703」というお店です！

 

もともとは武蔵小山にお店があったのですが、2011年から成城で独立しました。お店の名前は、CUSINEが「独自の料理方法」という意味で、店長の藤村なおみさんの名前から「７０３」

つまり「なおみさんが独自で作ったお店」という意味だそうです。

“普通のレストラン”ではなく、“成城”という街を活性化するために成城でお店を開いたそうです。

 

 

 

非常にオシャレな雰囲気の店内。

なおみさんがその日のおすすめメニューを教えてくれます。

 

 

30歳～50歳以上の方がよくお店に足を運ばれ、記念日としてこのお店を使うというお客様も多いそうです。

 

最近ランチも始めたそうです！

どれも美味しそうです♪

また、6月15日にサウンドカフェ地下にカフェラウンジがオープンされました！

ランチがサラダバー付きでなんと１０００円！学生でも気軽に行けますね！！

ハンバーグ、チキン、ローストビーフなどなど、、、

どれもとってもおいしそうです！！！

カフェタイムにはドッグスペースもあるんだとか。

ワンちゃんともランチが楽しめるだなんて、成城ではちょっぴり珍しいですね。

If you want to eat teppan dishes in Seijo, here’s the place! “TEPPAN CUISINE 703”

 

We visited “TEPPAN CUSINE 703”, which independent from its head branch in Musashi Koyama, and started business in Seijo in 2011. CUISINE has the meaning of “unique cooking method”. The number 703 is a play on words that refers to the name of the manager, Ms. Naomi Fujimura. In other words, the name of the shop means “the shop that Naomi built”.

 

The atmosphere inside is very stylish.

Naomi explained the recommended menu of the day.

 

Many of customers are in the 30 to 50 year old age range, and the shop is often used for anniversary parties.

 

The shop has recently started opening at lunchtimes!

 

Everything looks delicious♪

 

Also, a cafe lounge was opened in the basement of the sound cafe on June 15th!

Lunch is 1000 yen with a salad bar! Ideal for students!

And there is also hamburger steak, chicken, roast beef etc…

Every one of them looks delicious! ! !

 

This is the atmosphere of the cafe lounge. Karaoke and salad bar are also available!

The venue is also available for student after-parties!

A dog-space is also available during the cafe time so you can enjoy lunch with your dog. This is a little unusual in Seijo.

私たちは成城学園前駅から５分ほど歩いたところにある、美容室「jab」の店長、Shin（写真：左側）さんに取材させていただきました。

 

１階部分は営業中でも扉が閉まっていることもあるので、少し勇気がいるかもしれませんが、１階の店内右手にある階段を上がっていただくと美容室となっております。

 

成城でお仕事をし始めてから３０年以上が過ぎ、８年前からjabを営業し始めたそうです。

一般女性のほか、自由業の方も多く、常にオープンマインドで営業されています！

店内の内装は遊び心が隠されていて、お部屋の中にいるような、こだわりの音楽が流れる居心地の良いものでした。

 

スタイリング シャンプーにもこだわりが有り、どなたがご来店なさっても対応できるようにしているそうです。

私たちは成城大学から5分ほど歩いたところにある、『キヌタ文庫』の店長、永島さんに取材させていただきました。

 

創業は昭和21年で先代のお父様が開業しました。もともと成城に住んでいて、戦時中に中央電気通信学園の前身に勤めていたお父様は図書の資料室の配属をしていましたが、終戦とともに資料室は閉鎖されました。その影響から自身でも蔵書をたくさん持っていたため古本屋を開業しました。

 

店内には天井までいっぱいにあらゆる種類の本が並べれられていましたが、多すぎて何冊あるのか分からないそうです。

現代小説、ビジネス書、専門書や辞書、子供向けの本まで広いジャンルの本を取り扱っていますが、日本・海外と問わず美術系の本の量が驚くほど揃えられています。成城には美術が好きな人が多いので美術系の本を増やしていて、文献を探しに来る学生も多いとのこと。年代としては江戸時代のもので武道を伝える巻物などが多いです。

 

厚みのあるファイルから出てきたものの中には、こんなものが！

これは石井食料品店（今の成城石井）の5、60年代のチラシ、このようなものまで残してあるなんて驚きました。

 

多くの歴史的な資料があるので貴重なものはありますか？と聞いてみたところ世界で一番古い印刷物である百万塔陀羅尼経があるそうです。（店頭には出ていません。）

 

古本の魅力を伺うと「古本には発見があり、珍しいものを見つけるのが醍醐味。多くの人が普段何気なく目にするが捨ててしまう物を歴史に残したいと思います。」と答えていただきました。

 

古書店ならではの思いがけない発見、手に取ってビビっとくるような体験ができるかも！ぜひキヌタ文庫に足を運んでみてください。

成城は学園との発展の町とおっしゃっているほど、長い間成城の町をみている店長の永島さん。

Secondhand bookstore KINUTA library

 

Encounters that span time  “Kinuta library”

 

 

We interviewed Mr. Nagashima, manager of “Kinuta library”, which is about a five minute walk from Seijo University.

 

His late father established the business in 1946. Originally he lived in Seijo and worked for the forerunner of the central telecommunications school during the war. He was assigned to the reference library, but this was closed with the end of the war. His experience encouraged him to open the secondhand bookstore since he owned a large collection of books.

 

There are many kinds of books, stacked to the ceiling in the shop, and Mr. Nagashima doesn’t actually know how many books there are.

 

This shop handles a wide range of books, from modern novels and business books to technical books, dictionaries and books for children, as well as a huge number of art books, both Japanese and foreign. Because in Seij there are many people who like art, the shop has increased the number of art related books, and there seem to be many students who visit there to look for these publications. There are a great number of scrolls illustrating Budo, and dating from the Edo era.

 

These are some of the things we found in a thick file!

 

This is a flier from 50s and 60s of the Ishii grocery store, which is the present Seijo Ishii. We were surprised to find such treasures.

 

We asked him whether there was something especially valuable in the shop, having so many historical documents. In fact, he has a copy of one of the oldest printed documents in the world, Hyakumantō Darani, however, it isn’t for sale.

 

When we asked him about the charm of secondhand books, Mr. Nagashima answered that second books can offer us discovery, and allow us finding a rare things. In addition, he stated that he wants to preserve the historical documents many people usually throw away casually with little regard.

 

Visit Kinuta Library to enjoy the unexpected discoveries and thrilling experiences that secondhand books can bring.

 

Seijo has developed along with the University, according to Mr. Nagashima, who has lived in the town for a long time.

私たちは成城学園前駅から徒歩一分の場所に位置する美容院、Candyさんを取材させていただきました。

日高屋の二軒ほど先で土間土間の向かい側にあります。

 

今回は代表者の中村さんにお話を伺いました。取材当日も何人かのお客さんがいらしており、店内は賑やかでした！

元々は中央線の高円寺に美容院を構えていたのですが、同じ小田急線沿いにもう一つ系列店を作りたいと思い、急行が止まる、質のいいお客様が来る、という条件で美容なおしゃれに敏感な人が多く住む成城学園前駅にCandyを開いたそうです。

創業当時はカジュアルな雰囲気でお客様の三分の一が成城大学などの学生だったようですが、今はご来店されるお客様の年齢層は老若男女問わず幅広くなったとおっしゃっていました。

安すぎず高すぎない手ごろな一か月に一回のペースで来られる価格で、時間をかけてお客様一人ひとりに丁寧に仕上げることを心掛けているそうです。

機械作業、流れ作業ではなくお客様にあったヘアスタイルを提案しているところが他に負けない強みだとおっしゃっていました。

Candyで使用している自慢のハホニコトリートメントは美容院から帰った後もずっと指通りの良い髪に仕上げてくれると美容師さんが絶賛していました！

家からCandyまでの間にある美容院の中からわざわざCandyを選んでくれてありがとうという感謝の気持ちを持つことが、仕事をする上で一番大切にしている事だとおっしゃっていました。

誰でも気軽に試してもらいたいという思いから初回は10％引きにして、美容師との相性をお客様に判断していただくことを長年貫いているそうです。

今後は学校帰りの学生に友達や後輩を連れてきてもらい、店内を若返らせたい!!と笑顔で話してくださいました。

技術だけでなくお客様とのコミュニケーションも大切にされているところが愛されている秘密なのではないでしょうか。

お忙しい中でしたが丁寧で冗談を交えながらとても楽しくインタビューに応じてくださり、ありがとうございました！

私達がお邪魔させていただいたのは「サウスダコタ」さんです！

インタビューを受けていただいたのはオーナーである南さん。「サウスダコタ」は昭和３７年に創業した親のお店を引き継ぎ、昭和５８年新たにオープンしました！

この「サウスダコタ」というお店の名前の由来は、南さんの苗字”サウス”を語呂よくということで、大のアメリカ好きということもあり、アメリカ中西部の州“サウスダコタ州”からそのまま持ってきたそうです！笑

オーナーは昔、コックをやっていたということもあり、料理の腕には絶対の自信があるそうです。

そんなオーナーイチオシのメニューは

「Ｃランチ　豚肉と野菜のスタミナサラダ」

だそうです！！

このスタミナサラダは、独自の秘伝のタレを使い、どこのお店にもない日本一の味だそうです！私も是非一度食べてみたいものです・・・

他にもランチには日替わりでパスタなどたくさんあるそうです！

ランチだけでなく、夜の営業もやっています！

最後に、オーナーは「人との触れ合いが財産になる」と語って頂きました。

あまり人と密接に関わることが減ってきたこの世の中、レトロでアットホームなこの「サウスダコタ」に一度足を運んではいかがでしょうか！

今回私たちは、成城学園前駅北口から徒歩１分の場所にある、成城Lisaさんにお邪魔しました。

 

店長の根本さんにお話を伺いました。

 

創業は１９６９年、成城店ができたのは１９８４年で、今年で３３年目になります。

現在は、成城店、下北沢店、自由が丘店の３店舗があります。

 

外から見ることができるお店のショーウィンドウには、一押しのオリジナルのレース中心にたくさんのお洋服がディスプレイされています。

 

 

店内に入ってみると、色別にお洋服がディスプレイされています。

これも成城Lisaならではの工夫だそうです。

色別に服をご覧いただくことによりお客様の色の好みを発見し、会話のきっかけにするそうです。また、色別にお洋服をディスプレイしカラフルにすることで、店内がより明るく感じました。

 

お店のこだわりは、自社のみで生産したデザインやボタン一つまでこだわりを持って作った、他にはないオリジナルの商品です！！

同窓会やオフィスや日常のお洒落着など、色々なシーンで着られるお洋服を取り扱いしているそうです。

 

 

 

路面店で入りにくいと感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、親身になってお客様と一緒にお洋服や小物をお選びいたしますので、ぜひ勇気を出してお店に来てほしいそうです。

You can find a style that suits you. Seijo Lisa

 

For our interview, we visited Seijo Lisa, located one minute on foot from Seijo Gakuenmae station North Exit.

We interviewed the shop manager, Ms. Nemoto.

Established in 1969, the Seijo shop was opened in 1984, making this its 33^rd year.

Currently, there are three shops, at Seijo, Shimokitazawa and Jiyugaoka.

The shop window displays many items of clothing, most of which feature the store’s original lace.

 

Once inside the shop, we can see that the clothes are displayed divided by color.

This is also a unique method of Seijo Lisa.

By seeing which color of clothes the customers are looking at, they can discover the customer’s preferences and use this as trigger for conversation.

 

In addition, displaying clothes divided by color makes the interior seem bright and colourful.

 

It is the policy of the shops that they use only the unique designs produced by their company, right down to the buttons, an originality not found anywhere else!

 

They make smart clothes for reunion parties and daily office wear and so on.

Although some people may feel a little hesitant to enter a roadside shop, the staff are very kind in helping customers to choose clothes and accessories, and they seem to hope that people will have the courage to come in.

Taking hints from casual conversation, they help the customer to find a style that suits them.

 

Part of the attraction of Seijo Lisa is that they help you to find something extra to your own style.
