今回は小田急線「成城学園前駅」北口から徒歩２分の場所にある『アダムスジャパン世田谷』さんにインタビューしてきました。

アダムスジャパンさんは絵に関わる様々なものを取り扱っており、その商品の幅はフレームやキャンパスから、各種画材まで幅広く取り揃えてあります。成城店はオープンして２０年以上となることもあり、常連のお客様や美術研究所の方で賑わうそうです。

そんな中でも特に力を入れているというのが額縁。店先にある「額縁を変えますと必ず蘇ります」というキャッチフレーズにもあるように、額縁は絵を生かすことも殺すこともできる、非常に重要なアイテム。それぞれの絵にあった額縁を選んでいきたいと話す店長の明石さんはご自身が選んだ額縁が展示会などで評判がいいとお客様に報告されるときに仕事のやりがいを感じるといいます。

アダムスジャパンさんにはオリジナルフレームもあり、アダムスジャパンさんが決定したデザインを中国の工場で生産しています。

売れ筋の商品はホルベインやクサカベといった知名度が高く、値段が安定しているものが多いそうです。

近年はデジタルイラストなど芸術においても媒体が変化していく中で、特に若い世代は油絵というものに触れることや描くことが少なくなってきています。しかし、絵に合う額縁を探している時間など、油絵にしかない魅力も多くあります。これを気に油絵に興味を持った方は是非一度アダムスジャパンさんに足をお運びください。

For our interview, we visited “Adams Japan Setagaya”, located 2 minutes on foot from Seijogakuen Mae station North Exit on the Odakyu Line.

Adams Japan handles various things related to paintings, and the range of its products is wide, from frames and canvasses to various painting materials. The Seijo shop opened more than 20 years ago, and it is always full of regular customers and people from art research institutes.

The shop puts particular effort into frames. As the shop’s slogan says, “Whenever you change the picture frame, you bring new life to the painting.” The picture frame can make or break a painting, a very important item.

Mr. Akashi, the manager, explained that he tries to choose the picture frame that is appropriate for each picture, says that he feels the motivation of his work when customers tell him that the picture frames he chooses have been praised at exhibitions etc.

Adams Japan has original frames, and designs approved by Adams Japan are being produced at a factory in China.

It seems that many items that are popular are well-known names such as Holbein and Kusakabe, and prices are stable.

In recent years, as art media are transforming with things like digital illustrations, young people are having less contact with drawing and painting, especially oil paintings. However, there are many attractions that are only found in oil painting, such as the time spent looking for a picture frame that fits the picture. 小田急線「成城学園前駅」北口から徒歩2分の場所にある、『JUST IN TIME 成城』さんにインタビューさせていただきました。

竹口さんにお話しをお伺いしました。

成城にお店を出したのは、2008年、原型となるお店は30年も前からありました。
商品の7割～8割がヨーロッパの品物で、イタリアのフィレンツェに拠点をおき、なんとイタリア語を話せる従業員の方が直接買い付けに行って輸入を行っているそうです！ここでしか買えない商品に出会えそうですね。日本とイタリアを行き来することで、旬なものを迅速に発信しています。

お店の内装にも様々な工夫がなされています。
イタリアの絵や地図を置いてイタリア色を強めていたり、シーズンごとにコンセプトを変えた商品の配置をされています。その年の流行りの色の商品が仕入れられているのもこだわりの1つです。また、店頭にはブランド名を記載した看板があり、目をひかれます。

ご来店されるお客様の年齢層は30代～40代以上の方が多く、特に女性が多いですが、常連さんには男性や夫婦でご来店される方もいらっしゃるそうです。

売れ筋の商品は、シーズンによって異なりますが今の時期は、『モンクレール』の明るい色のポロシャツやＴシャツが人気だとおっしゃっていました。
レディースはバッグや小物も人気があって、豊富な品揃えです。

長く付き合える顧客を大切にし、顧客それぞれのニーズに合わせて、コーディネートの提案をしてくださいます。
「お客様が自分の提案したコーディネートを気に入ってくださって、他の人にも褒められたなどの報告をいただくときや、それによってお客様がお店に通うようになってくれることが嬉しい」とおっしゃっていました。

今回は、小田急線「成城学園前駅」から徒歩約１分のところにある、“成城ささもと小児科・アレルギー科”さんにお邪魔させていただきました。

院内は明るく、とても清潔感があります。また、待合室には子供向けの絵本やオモチャがあり、子供も病院という空間を忘れて楽しく来院出来るような空間です！受付では多くの優しい看護師さんが迎えてくれました。

今回はこの病院の医院長である、笹本明義医院長にお話を伺うことができました。
まず、患者さんやその御家族は病院に来る時、病院に対しての不安を抱えてきます。そういった方々に対して、「安心というお土産を渡して帰っていただくこと」を常に考え、病院に来院した方々が「今日ここへ来てよかったね」と親子で言ってくださることを目標に診療を行っているそうです。

また、開院当時より掲げた『今、心の医療を目指して-』を続けながら、ご両親の声にならない声に耳を傾けていくことが笹本医院長が一番大事にしていることだとも仰っていました。

実際、来院された方に話を聞いてみると、お医者さん、看護師さん共に子供の急な病気での来院で不安な親に対しても、しっかりと説明をしてくれたりと、とても安心させてくれるそうです！

最後に、この仕事のやりがいを笹本医院長に聞いてみました。
「母を亡くしたことにより、私は医者になりました。ですから、私自身が医者を志した理由に恥じない診療を続けていくことこそ、自分自身の存在意識と考えています。人は人からその存在を認められてこそ生きていける生物ですから、患者さんが満足される医療を提供できた時、やりがいを感じ”私は幸運に巡り会えた”と感じます」

アレルギーで悩む人が年々増加している中、このような専門科があるのは私たちにとってもとても心強いものですね！
初診以降は予約可能で、自宅から電話やバーコードから診察番号などを確認できるため、お忙しい主婦の方にもとても親切です。

Famous for allergy treatment “Seijo Sasamoto Pediatrics and Allergy Department”

 

We interviewed the “Seijo Sasamoto Pediatrics and Allergy Department” located about 1 minute on foot from Seijogakuen-Mae Station on the Odakyu Line.

The hospital is bright and has a very clean atmosphere. Also, in the waiting room, there are picture books and toys for children. It’s a space where children can forget about being at hospital and have fun! Many friendly nurses welcomed us at the reception.

We were able to interview Mr. Akiyoshi Sasamoto, the president of the hospital.

First, when a patient or their family comes to a hospital, they have anxiety about the hospital. To those people, “I always feel that we give them the souvenir of a sense of relief to take home with them”, and we always provide our medical treatment with the goal of hearing parents and children say, “I am glad that I came here today”.

In addition, while continuing with “medical care for the soul”, their motto since the founding of the clinic, Dr. Sasamoto also said that the most important thing is listening comments other than those of the parents.

When we listen to people who come to the hospital, they said that both the doctors and the nurses explained the situation to the parents who were worried about child’s sudden illness and make them feel relieved!

Finally, I asked Dr. Sasamoto about the motivation of his work.

“Because I lost my mother, I became a doctor, so I think that it is my own consciousness of existence to continue doing medical treatment without being ashamed of the reason why I became a doctor. People can live only by being accepted by other people, so when I am able to provide satisfactory medical treatment for a patient, I rewarded and lucky.”

While people suffering from allergies are increasing year by year, it is very encouraging for us to have such a specialized department!

It is possible to make an appointment after the first visit, and it is very useful for busy mothers because they can check the consultation number, etc., from the telephone and the barcode from home.

Because it is a very famous medical clinic for allergy treatment, those who have children or who are suffering from allergies should go there!

鎌田のびやか園さんの園長先生である坂田さんと、職員の石川さんに取材させていただきました。

本園2017年4月1日、分園は2016年9月1日に創設。
もともと、のびやか園（分園）は宇奈根なごやか園の分園として建った場所だったのですが、2017年4月1日の、鎌田のびやか園の創設に際して、分園の付け替えというのを行い、宇奈根なごやか園の分園から鎌田のびやか園の分園に生まれ変わったのが生い立ちです。

鎌田のびやか園は私立保育園で、運営しているのは社会福祉法人嬉泉で、法人の理念が色濃く反映されています。社会福祉法人嬉泉には受容的交流理論という理念があり、これは当事者である子ども、障害児者の将来を含め、その子らすべてを受容した上で必要な交流を図っていくことが狙いです。もう一つは当事者の主体性を育む・尊重するという考え方を大事にされています。

鎌田のびやか園さんの保育理念を尋ねると
“主体的に行動する子、逞しく自分の力で働く子、人を思いやる豊かな心を持つ子、そういうお子さんに育て上げます。”
と園長先生はおっしゃっていました。

この受容的交流理論と、保育理念とを合わせて保育を展開しているそうです。

次に園の雰囲気づくりの上でこだわっている点について尋ねました。
のびやか園では職員にユニフォームがないそうです。これは家で過ごしているという雰囲気を出すためです。子どもが家庭で過ごすのと同じスタイルで保育園で過ごしてもらうため、内履きも履きません。園長先生は裸足でした！

普通、先生と園児は主従関係を結びやすいのですが、のびやか園さんは家庭的な愛着関係を大事にされています。例えば、子どもが園長先生のことを“親父”とか、苗字で呼び捨てにしても、それは子どもが愛着を持ってつけてくれた名前なので「園長先生と呼びなさい！」と正すことはないそうです。

このような家庭的な環境を整え、子どもたちとの距離を縮め、子ども一人一人の気持ちをいかに汲み取って支えていくのか、これを一番大事にしているとおっしゃっていました。

また最近では、地域交流を盛んに行っていて、向かいの丼丸のマスターがのびやか園のサンタクロースをやってくれたり、ハロウィンの時には子どもたちが自分で作った洋服で仮装して、商店街を歩いたりするそうです。その際、商店街の方たちにこのお菓子を渡してほしいとお願いをし、地域との繋がりも少しずつ広げています。また、運動会を開くときに小学校に場所を提供してもらい、小学生との交流も行っているそうです。

今後は世代間交流を増やすために、老人ホームや成城大学と交流していきたいとおっしゃっていました。

Kamata-Nobiyakaen

 

 

“Kamata-Nobiyakaen” is a nursery school just five minutes from Seijogakuen-Mae station. We chatted with Mr. Sakata, the principal of Kamata-Nobiyakaen, and Ms. Ishikawa, a staff member.

 

The main facility of Nobiyakaen was founded in April 2017, the annex was founded in September 2016. Why was the main facility completed after the annex? The reason is that the annex of Kamata-Nobiyakaen was founded as the annex of Unane-Nagoyakaen, but when Kamata-Nobiyakaen was founded in 2017, it replaced the annex and it was born again as the annex of Nobiyakaen from Nagoyakaen’s annex.

 

Nobiyakaen is a private nursery, operated by the social welfare corporation “Kisen”. Therefore, Kisen’s philosophy is strongly reflected in the nursery school’s management. Kisen has a policy which is called “acceptive exchange”. This is aimed at achieving the necessary interactions after accepting all children, who are the actors in the exchange, including the future of disabled children. In addition, they value the idea of nurturing the initiative and respecting the subjectivity of the children.

Principal Sakata explained, “Our mission is to nurture children who will be able to act on their own initiative, who will work resolutely with their own strengths, who will have the richness of mind to think of other people.”

Their style of childcare is developed as a blend of Kisen’s philosophy of acceptive exchange and their own childcare philosophy.

 

Next, we asked about the special ways in which they create the nursery atmosphere.

Staff members of Nobiyakaen do not wear a uniform. This is to create an “at-home” mood. To get the same feeling as when they children are at home, they do not wear slippers. Mr. Sakata was barefoot!

 

Normally, in nurseries and kindergartens there is a strict teachers and pupil relationships, but Nobiyakaen cares about home-like affection. For example, even if children call the teacher “Daddy” or even just by their surname, that is the name the child uses with affection, so there is no reason to scold “Call me Teacher!”

*If the nickname that the children attached to the teacher was a dirty or insulting word, they would admonish the children to show them what is wrong.

They told us that the most important thing is how to create a home-like environment, get closer to the children, and how to support the feelings of each child.

 

Recently, they have been conducting active community exchanges, for example asking the master of the seafood bowl shop “Donmaru” to play Santa Claus at Nobiyakaen, and at the time of Halloween the children wear costumes made by themselves and walked down Seijo shopping street. At that time, the staff members asked shopkeepers in Seijo shopping street to give sweets to the children, and the connection with the area is spreading little by little.

 

Also, they are offered space by a local elementary school to hold their sports day, and they are interacting with elementary school children. “In the future, we would like to interact with nursing homes for the elderly and with Seijo University, in order to increase inter-generational exchanges,” they commented.

今回私たちが取材させていただいたのは、成城学園前駅から徒歩４分のところにある「⼀宮庵」さんです。店主の齋藤⽂恵さんにお話を伺いました！

初めは「料理ヲトル」として料理教室を経営していましたが、平成元年から「⼀宮庵」の名前で懐⽯料理店も始めたそうです。また今でも⽇本のことをもっともっと知ってもらいたい！！という気持ちから、定期的に料理教室や着物の着付け教室など開いていらっしゃるそうです。

客層はお⼦様連れの⼤⼈から年配の⽅まで幅広い⽅々が来客されるそうで、お客様のお年頃に合わせてお料理をお作りすることを⼼がけているそうです。

そんな「⼀宮庵」の⽇々⼼がけていることは、来店されたお客様によってお出しする料理を調節していることだそうです。⼿作りの味噌と出だしを使ったお味噌汁は絶品でした。

⼤切にされていることは、⾚ちゃんなどお⼦様連れのお客様からお年を召した⽅々まで安⼼してお⾷事ができるということです。
結納、結婚式、おくいぞめ等⼈⽣の節⽬のひと時に来てもらえることが嬉しいそうです。

お店を営業していくやりがいとして、仲間との縁があるというのがやはり⼤きいそうです。
「懐⽯料理を広めよう」と集まった仲間たちで、結婚式やお祝いの縁とに会を開き、それに⼀宮庵さんも携わっていらっしゃるといいます。

今年度から成城商店街の加盟店となった⼀宮庵さん。
⽇本の⽂化を広めるよう努⼒し、⽇本の⾷⽂化を、⾵習や新しいものを織り交ぜて発信していきたいと仰っていました。
その為にはまず、⽇本⼈が⽇本⽂化を知るべき。
「懐かしい畳の部屋にいらしてどうぞおくつろぎください。懐かしい何かが⾒つかるかもしれません。」
そう話す店主さんからは、確かな強い愛情を感じました。

“all over the world”とコンセプトを掲げて、これからも⽇本⽂化への扉を築いていきます。

Culture-rich Japanese Restaurant “Ikku-an ”

 

 

For our interview, we visited “Ikku-an”, just four minutes on foot from the Odakyu Line Seijogakuen-Mae station. I talked to the shop owner Ms. Fumie Sato.

In the beginning, she was running a cooking class, but in 1989 she also opened a kaiseki ryori (Japanese classical cooking) shop called “Ikku-an”.

Even now, she still feels that she would like people to know more about Japan, so she regularly holds cooking classes and kimono dressing classes.

The shop is visited by customers ranging from families with children to elderly people, and she tries to prepare dishes to match the tastes of her customers’ ages.

Much of the daily work of “Ikku-an ” is the arrangement of dishes to suit the customers.The hand-made miso soup was particularly delicious.

What is important is to prepare dishes that all customers can enjoy with peace of mind, from families with children to elderly customers.

It is very nice to have customers come to celebrate important occasions, such as engagements, weddings and weaning ceremonies, etc.

It is these ties with people, almost like ties of friendship, that make it worthwhile to run the shop.

There is a group of friends who gather “to spread appreciation of kaiseki cuisine”, and use the occasions of wedding ceremonies and other celebrations to involve Ikku-an.

 

Ikku-an became a member shop of Seijo shopping district from this fiscal year.

Ms. Sato works hard to spread knowledge of Japanese culture with a mixture of classical culture and new ideas. But first of all, it is important that Japanese people know about Japanese culture.

 

As she invited us to rest in an old-fashioned style tatami room and experience nostalgic feelings, we could really feel Ms. Sato’s strong passion.

With the concept of “all over the world”, Ikku-an continues to create a doorway to traditional Japanese culture.

１階にお花屋さんのある白いビルの4階に位置する鈴木歯科医院に取材をさせて頂きました。

鈴木歯科が創業されたのは1976年。

40年以上も昔から地域に愛され続けている歯医者さんです！

受付では衛生士の方々がにこやかな笑顔でリラックスさせて下さり、初診で緊張しながら訪れた患者様も診察後にはリラックスした表情で帰っていかれました。今回お話を伺ったのは、院長先生である鈴木浩一郎さんです。

“患者さんの心に寄り添うこと”を最も大切にされている鈴木先生は、とても優しい方でした。

鈴木先生の暖かい笑顔は患者さんを安心させてくれます。

はじめに先生が歯科医師になったきっかけを伺いました。

先生のお父様は親族である日本大学歯学部を創設された佐藤運雄博士の影響を受けて歯科医師になられました。そして先生ご自身はそのお父様の跡を継いで歯科医師になられたのだそうです。

次に先生の治療方針について伺いました。

「本来の歯科治療だけではなく更にプラスαの価値を提供しています。」

と先生は語ります。

このプラスαの価値は２つあるそうです。

１つ目は患者さんに寄り添う丁寧なおもてなしです。

先生は患者さんとのコミュニケーションを大事にしています。

コミュニケーションの中で患者さんが抱えている患部の痛みや痛みに伴う心の不安を理解しこれらを取り除こうとされています。

２つ目は高度な技術です。

鈴木歯科では高品質な歯科治療が受けられます。

力を入れている分野は、虫歯治療、根幹治療、インプラント治療、歯周病治療です。

この高度な技術は先生の努力によって支えられています。

先生は出身校である東京医科歯科大学の同窓会が主催する講習会に何度も参加して、新しいことをどんどん吸収されているそうです。一流のサービスを提供するために先生は日々努力をされています。

また、衛生士の方々にも勉強の場を提供して、レベルアップしてもらっているそうです。

とても清潔感があり落ち着ける空間となっています！

こちらはマイクロスコープです。歯の根幹治療で使用します。

根幹は複雑な部位ですが、マイクロスコープのおかげで根幹の先端まで菌を除去すること、お薬を詰めることができるようになるそうです。

鈴木歯科ではかなり早い時期から導入されていました。

こちらは、虫歯治療で使用します。

歯を接着するための道具だそうです。

このような設備・器具によって安心できる高品質な治療が行われているのですね！

最後に鈴木歯科のアピールポイントを伺いました。

「ここの医院に来た患者さんがハッピーになれることを望んでいます。私も患者さんと一緒にハッピーになりたいです。」

と先生はおっしゃっていました。

Less than one minute on foot from the north exit of Seijo Gakuenmae Station on the Odakyu Line.

 

We visited Suzuki Dental Clinic on the 4^th floor of a white building with a flower shop on the 1^st floor.

 

Suzuki Dental Clinic was founded in 1976.

 

It is a dental clinic that has continued to be loved by local people for more than 40 years.

 

At the reception, the dental hygienists welcomed us with smiles, and the patients who were nervous on their first visit, after the consultation returned home with a relaxed expression.

 

We interviewed Dr. Koichiro Suzuki, who is the director of Suzuki Dental Clinic.

 

Dr. Suzuki who places most importance on getting close to the patient’s state of mind was a very kind person.

 

His warm smile makes patients feel relieved.

 

First, we asked the reason why Dr. Suzuki became a dentist.

 

Dr. Suzuki’s father became a dentist under the influence Dr. Kazuo Sato, who was his father’s relative and established the Nihon University School of dentistry. Dr. Suzuki followed in his father’s footsteps and also became a dentist.

 

Next, we asked about Dr. Suzuki’s treatment policy.

 

Dr. Suzuki said, “In addition to the dental treatment, I also try to offer some added value.”

 

The first part of that is to show courteous hospitality to the patients.

 

Dr. Suzuki cherishes communication with the patients.

 

In communication, Dr. Suzuki tries to comfort his patients by understanding the pain of the affected part, and patient’s mental anxiety accompanying the pain.

 

The second part is the use of advanced techniques.

 

At Suzuki Dental Clinic, patients can receive high quality dental treatment.

 

The fields that they concentrate most on are the treatment of decayed teeth, root canal treatment, dental implant treatment and periodontal disease treatment.

 

These advanced techniques support Dr. Suzuki’s efforts.

 

Dr. Suzuki often participates in training courses organized by the alumni association of Tokyo Medical and Dental University many times, so he is able to learn more and more.

 

He also provides the dental hygienists with opportunities to study so that they can improve their techniques.

 

It is because Suzuki Dental Clinic has this attitude of continuing to learn that they are so respected by the local people.

 

Next, we will introduce the facilities and equipment.

It is used for root canal treatment.

 

The root is a complex part, but thanks to the microscope, bacteria can be removed right up to the tip of the root, and the root then packed with medical filler.

 

Suzuki Dental Clinic has been using this equipment from an early stage.

 

These is used for the treatment of decayed teeth.

 

This is a tool for bonding teeth.

 

Thanks to the use of such equipment and instruments, the Clinic can provide high-quality and reliable treatment.

今回私たちは、4月 7・8 日に行われた成城商店街振興組合主催の『さくらフェスティバル』 に参加しました。 天気にも恵まれ、年齢を問わず幅広い年齢層の方々で賑わっていました。

 

今年は初の試みとして、境ゼミナールのブースを出展することになりました。 ブースでは、手書きのチラシや折り紙で作成した腕時計、お菓子の配布を行いました。 また、拡大した QR コードを設置して、その場で来場者がホームページにアクセス出来る取り組みも行いました。 準備していたチラシも全て配布することが出来て、多くの方々に知ってもらうきっかけになりました。 これを機に、少しでも多くの方々に私たちの活動を知って頂けたらと思います。

そして、参加している方々にインタビューもさせて頂きました。
まず初めは、先月3/16 にコルティ 2 階にオープンした H.Q CAFÉ (ヘッドクォーターズ カフェ)さんです。なんと、今回のさくらフェスティバルが初の出店です。 お店のコンセプトは、『second living:第2のくつろげる所、eat positive:身体に良い商品の提供』だそうです。 オセアニアスタイルの店舗でソファが多く、くつろぎやすい空間になっています。 今回のさくらフェスティバルでは、焼きナポリタンを販売していました。トマトのほどよい甘さと柔らかな酸味が効いていて、とても美味しかったです。

続いて、青年会の方々です。
現在は 17 人所属していて、主にイベントバックアップや町おこしの活動を行っているそう です。また、活動内容を SNS で報告もしています。 代表の小畑慎吾さんは、行事開催には人手が必要だと仰っていました。このさくらフェスティバルを通して、若い世代にも興味を少しでも持って頂きたいです。 青年会の方々は、今年もポップコーンの無料配布を行っていました。ポップコーンの香りにつられて、長蛇の列が出来ていました。ポップコーンには何種類もの味があり、それも人気の1つだと感じました。

今年でさくらフェスティバルは31年目を迎えました。伝統あるイベントに参加し、地域の 方々からもお話を伺う事が出来て、貴重な経験になりました。 取材させて頂いた店舗以外にも、様々な店舗が出展されています。来年は皆さんも是非とも足を運んでみてください。 今回の取材に協力して頂いた皆様、お忙しい中ありがとうございました。

成城学園前駅北口から徒歩１分。

ビルの２階にある岩野歯科クリニックの取材をさせていただきました。

お話を伺ったのは院長の岩野義弘さんです。

とっても爽やかで、優しい先生でした！！

学生の頃は考古学などの分野がお好きだったという岩野先生。歯科治療が必要だったお父様への思いがきっかけで

『いつか自らの全ての知識と技術で素晴らしい治療を施したい』

と感じ、歯科医を目指したそうです。

家族への治療と同じ気持ちで、日々患者さんと向き合っていらっしゃいます。

日本に約10万人いるとされる歯科医のなかでも、先生のように「歯周病専門医」「インプラント専門医」のＷライセンスを持つドクターは0.1％以下だとか！！

もともと成城にお住まいで、まちや人がとても好きで開業の地に選んだそう。

ちなみに先生お気に入りのお店は蕎麦の「増田屋」と、下の階の焼肉屋「おはな」、向かいの中華料理屋「成城餃子」だそうです♪

2012年に開業した岩野歯科には、最新の設備やこだわりがいっぱいでした！

まずはオペ室！

わたしは医院の中でオペ室を見るのは初めてでした。

診療室も個室か半個室になっており、患者さんは気軽に相談ができます。

先生の診療スタイルは患者さんとの対話を大切にすること。

丁寧なカウンセリングで治療もより安心です。

そして先生が開業時に徹底しようと考えたのが『滅菌』。

字のごとく、「菌を滅する」という事ですね。

写真はDAC ユニバーサルという高圧蒸気滅菌器。

患者さんのお口の中に入れる、歯を削るためのタービンやエンジンまで、一本一本滅菌しています。

大学病院レベルの衛生管理をしています。

厳しいヨーロッパ基準のクラスBの滅菌システムを導入しています。

次の写真の装置はLisaっていう名前みたいです。すごいうえに、ちょっとかわいいですね（笑）

患者さんに使うあらゆる器具はもちろん、チューブの中まで滅菌できます！

 

 

つづいて歯科用CT！

インプラント治療を安全に行うため、また歯周病の根の病気などを詳細に診断するためには欠かせない機器。

そして最後がマイクロスコープ。

なんと20倍も拡大して見ることができるんです！！

ひとつのクリニックにこんなにたくさんの機器があるなんて！

細いところまで見てもらえると思うと治療も安心ですね。

また先生は、ともに医院を支える衛生士さんたちのこともお話ししてくださいました。

日ごろから衛生士さん同士の勉強会に参加しており、とても熱心で嬉しいとおっしゃっていました。

先日は先生と一緒に、衛生士さんも初めての学会での発表を行ったそうです！

岩野歯科のブログにはその学会でのこと、終わった後の打ち上げの様子も掲載されています。とても仲がいいんだとか♪

ここまで先生や医院についてご紹介してきましたが、最後に！

先生からメッセージをいただきました！

「まずは検診を受けることが大切です。おいしい食事を噛んで食べる幸せ。健康な歯は長生きの秘訣です。25年以上前は80歳の日本人は歯がひとり平均10本しか残っていませんでした。現在は8020運動が推進され、日本人でも20本以上歯が残っている人は増えていますが、、、歯周病の初期症状は歯茎からの出血、口の中のねばり、口臭など様々ですが歯周病は、サイレントディズィーズとも言われる進行に気が付きにくいものです。予防すること、その意識を持つことが大切です。ぜひ検診を受けに来てください。」

わたし自身、「歯医者さんは痛みがあるとき、何かあったときに行くもの」と思っていましたが定期的にプロに診てもらうこと、予防の意識の大切さを、取材を通じて実感しました。

岩野歯科は20：00の遅い時間までやっていますから、仕事や学校でお昼が忙しくても予約ができますね。

今回私たちが取材させていただいたのは成城学園前駅北口から徒歩5分の「林華苑」さんです。

 

店主の福永英夫さん（写真:左から二番目）が快く取材に応じて下さいました！

 

林華苑は昭和42年8月創業で、東林間で元々営業されていたのに続いて、成城で二店舗目の出店になります。

 

 

成城に出店した理由は、学生も多く、立地が良かったからだそうです。林華苑という名前は、「東林間」の林、「中華」の華から由来しており、看板に掲げている「二番目に美味い店」というのは、料理は奥深くなかなか簡単には良いものができず、それでも1番を目指しているという素敵な意味がこめられています。

客層は、学生と一般の方が半々くらいだそうですが、7～8割の方がリピーターで年配の方や家族連れなど幅広い層に支持されています。
メニューも豊富で、学生に特に人気なのがランチ類や定食セットで、餃子もよく出るそうです！麺類ではうまにソバやあんかけ焼そばが人気ということでした！

 

福永さんは、料理に対して特にこだわりはないが、お客様に満足してもらえるものを作りたいと常に思っているとお話してくださいました！なにを食べても美味しく、メニューよって味やバランスも違い、一人一人好みにあったお気に入りを見つけてもらうことができる林華苑さんに、是非皆さんも立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか！林華苑さん、お忙しい中ありがとうございました。

The famous Chinese restaurant Rinka-en!

 

Our interview was at Rinka-en, just five minutes on foot from Seijogakuen-Mae station, north entrance.

Mr. Hideo Fukunaga, the store owner (photo: second from left) responded to our request for an interview. Rinka-en was first opened in August of 1967 in Higashi-Rinkan, with the second shop being opened in Seijo. The reason Seijo was chosen is that there are a lot of students and that the location is very good. The Chinese characters of the shop’s name allude to its origins as a Chinese restaurant in Higashi-rinkan. And the reason the shop sign boasts “Second tastiest Chinese restaurant” is that they feel there is real depth to truly tasty cooking, and they are always trying to become No. 1.

The shop’s customers are about 50-50 students and regular customers, with about 70 to 80% repeaters, and many elderly customers and families with children.

The menu is bursting with options, and the set menu and Chinese dumplings are said to be very popular with students. Also, the sweet and sour fried noodles are a big hit!

Mr. Fukunaga is not particularly finicky about his cooking; he just wants to make dishes that his customers will enjoy.

Everything on the menu is a winner, so why not drop into Rinka-en where every meal has a different balance to suit different tastes!
