最高の着心地とホスピタリティ『レリアン成城店』 / “Leilian Seijo store” (English below)

小田急線成城学園前北口から徒歩1分。

『レリアン成城店』の平原さんに取材させて頂きました。

 

洗練、気品、女性らしさをコンセプトに1968年4月に誕生したファッションブランド『レリアン』。現在50周年になります。成城店は創業まもなく開店したそうです。

 

昔からレリアン成城店は「一人ひとりのお客様に似合う洋服を提案してお役に立ちたい、すべてはお客様のために」という強い思いを持ち続けてきました。

信頼を地道に積み重ねてきた結果、50年近くもの間、地元の幅広い年齢層のお客様に愛され続けています。

 

店内にはこのような上質でお洒落な洋服が沢山並んでいます。

レリアンではお客様に満足して頂けるよう品質に力を入れています。

例えば、コートには最高級の革やカシミヤなどの軽い素材を使い、お客様が心地よく着られるようにしています。

秋冬の売れ筋はウールコットンを使用したミドル丈コートです。

イタリア製の最高級の生地を使っており、縫製にもこだわっています。

実際に触らせて頂いたのですが、とても滑らかで薄く、軽かったです。

 

 

また、店内の居心地の良さも魅力の１つです。

レリアン成城店には洋服以外にもお客様を満足させてくれる工夫がされています。

柔らかいソファに座りお茶を飲みながらリラックスしてカウンセリングを受けることが出来ます。

このような快適さを追求した店内で、店員さんがお客様1人1人との会話を通じてお似合いの服を提案してくださいます。

その際には個々のライフスタイルや好みを聞き取ってお客様のご期待に添えるよう努力されているそうです。

 

さらに、毎月催事を行ったり、ダイレクトメールを送ったりすることで、お客様とのつながりを大切にされています。

 

平原さんは「一番の喜びはお客様にありがとうと言われた時」だとおっしゃっていました。

ご要望に応えられた時の達成感が仕事をする原動力となっているそうです。

お客様の喜びは自分の喜びでもある、と平原さんはとても素敵な思いを持っていました。

Best comfort and hospitality “Leilian Seijo store”

One minute on foot from the North exit ofSeijogakuen-Mae station.

We interviewed Ms. Hirahara of “Leilian Seijo Store”.

 The fashion brand “Leilian” was born in April 1968, with sophisticated and refined femininity as its concept. It now celebrates its 50th anniversary. The Seijo store opened soon after the brand’s founding.

Over many years, Lillian Seijo store has maintained a strong desire to suggest outfits that suit the individual customer, and that “Everything is for the customer”.

As a result of steadily building up trust, the store has been loved by customers from a wide range of local age groups for nearly 50 years.

There are lots of fine quality and stylish clothes like this in the shop.

 Leilian focuses on quality in order to satisfy the customers. For example, they use light materials such as the finest leather and cashmere in their coats so that customers can wear them comfortably.

 A winter favourite is this middle length coat made from wool cotton.

They are using the finest fabric made in Italy and they are very particular about the sewing.

I actually touched it and found it was very smooth, thin and light.

 Also, the comfort of the shop is one of the attractions. In addition to clothes, Leilian Seijo store is designed to satisfy the customers. You can sit on a soft sofa and feel relaxed and receive fashion advice with a cup of tea. In such comfortable surroundings, the shop staff suggest suitable clothes in conversation with each customer. They take care to ask carefully about the customer’s individual lifestyle and taste, so that they can meet their customer’s expectations.

 In addition, they are cherishing the connection with the customers by holding events every month or sending direct mail. Ms. Hirahara said that “The greatest pleasure is when I am thanked by a customer.”

It seems that the sense of accomplishment when they can satisfy a customer’s request is their work motivation.

Ms. Hirahara’s splendid attitude is that the customer’s pleasure is also her own pleasure.

In this shop, customers are greeted by always cheerful staff who are ready to give careful thought to their needs.
