お客様に似合うジュエリーを　Frigga / Jewelry shop Frigga (English below)

今回私たちは、成城学園前駅西口から徒歩２分の場所に位置する

「Frigga」さんにお邪魔させて頂きました！

 

成城にお店を構えて13年目になるそうです。

 

 

それでは、お店の外観をお見せしたいと思います！

この写真だけでも漂う高級感！成城の街に相応しいゴージャスな雰囲気ですね！

 

 

出迎えてくださったのは、オーナーの河村浩子さん。

お店の特徴としましては、オリジナルジュエリーの販売、オーダー、リフォーム、修理を主にしていて、お客様の多くは、40～60代の女性の方がメインとなっているそうです。

 

「Frigga」さんのこだわりは、「高品質の宝石と洗練されたデザインで、本物へのこだわりを持った専属デザイナーと熟練職人によってお客様に合ったジュエリーへ仕立てること！」だそうです。

 

「Frigga」さんにかかれば、

宝石たちが、このようなとても素敵なジュエリーに変身してしまいます！

 

 

お店の中を覗いてみると、ダイヤモンドやパールなどのポピュラーなものに加えて、多くの宝石で仕立てられたジュエリーの数々が並んでいました。

オーナーさんに大切にしていることを伺うと、「宝石の種類も多く、製作工程も複雑なので宝飾品の特徴・品質・価格などを丁寧に説明する事。」と「お客様の要望をよく汲み取ること。」とおっしゃっていました。

 

確かに、ジュエリーは決して安いものではないのでこのような丁寧な接客・対応をしてもらえるととても安心できますよね！

 

「一押し商品はなんでしょうか？」という質問の返答は、「お客様に似合うジュエリー」とお答えいただけました。

これは、考えてみれば当たり前かもしれませんが、このことをサラッと答えられることは素晴らしいと思いますし、「格好良さ」さえも感じてしまいました。

成城の街について・・・

「緑も多く、様々な分野でご活躍の方が、多く住まわれている魅力の多い街」と最後に素敵なコメントを下さり、取材が綺麗に締まりました！

 

成城の綺麗な女性の秘訣は「Frigga」さんにあるのかも知れませんね。

Frigga  The right jewelry for each customer

 

 

We visited Frigga located just a 2-minute walk from the Seijo-Gakuenmae Station west exit this time!

 

This shop is celebrating its thirteenth year in Seijo.

 

 

 

Let’s take a look at the outer appearance of the shop!

 

 

 

Even from this photograph you can sense the high quality! It has a luxurious atmosphere appropriate for the town of Seijo!

 

 

The owner, Ms. Hiroko Kawamura, welcomed us.

 

 

The main characteristics of the shop are the sales and orders of original jewelry, as well as the restyling and repair of customers’ jewelry. Most of the customers are women aged between 40 to 60.

 

 

Frigga’s concept is “To create the right jewelry for each customer using high quality gems and sophisticated design by professional designers and skilled craftsmen who are dedicated to the real thing”.

 

 

Frigga can take gems

 

 

and transform them into such wonderful jewelry!

 

 

In addition to the popular diamonds and pearls, the shop also displays a wide range of jewelry featuring other kinds of gems.

 

 

Ms. Kawamura explains that she places importance on “taking the time explain the characteristics, quality and price of a piece of jewelry carefully, because there are many types of gems and very complicated processes in the creation of the piece.”

That might seem a bit obvious, but I was very impressed by the way in which she responded so readily, and I thought it was pretty cool.

 

 

Ms. Kawamura closed the interview by commenting, “There is a lot of greenery in Seijo, and people active in many different fields, so it is a really charming town.”

 

 

The secret of Seijo’s beautiful women may be Frigga.
