真心のある温かいお店「Peeress　Pink成城店」/ boutique shop Peeress Pink Seijo store (English below)

私たちは成城学園前駅から徒歩５分の場所に位置するブティックショップ、ピアレスピンクさんを取材させて頂きました。

以前はボンサンス成城として経営しており、2011年4月「Peeress Pink」(ピアレス ピンク成城店)がリニューアルオープンしました。

 

今回は小笠原さんと水川さんにお話を伺いました。

取材当日も多くのお客さんがいらしており、店内が賑わっていました！

幅広い年齢層に支持されるカジュアルな婦人服が中心で、取材日は1月のSALE期間中という事もあり冬物の商品が並んでいました。

入学式や卒業式などのフォーマルな服装も取り揃えており、小笠原さんの私物の小物をお客さんに貸すことも時々あるそうです！

お仕事をしていて大切にしていることは、相手のお客さんの立場に立って考える誠実さだそうです。時間に余裕があって商品を購入するか迷っているお客さんには無理に商品を勧めたりせず、一旦家に帰って考えてくるように勧めるそうです。

無駄なものを買わないように、良い買い物をしてもらえるよう心がけている小笠原さん。似合っていないものは正直に言うそうです！真心のある正直な接客を第一に。お客さんを思いやる気持ちを大切に、親切な接客を徹底しています。

また、商品を売るだけでなく、お客さんとのコミュニケ―ションを第一に考えているそうです。小笠原さんに会って世間話をしたいとお店を訪れる人も…！

商品だけでなく、小笠原さんの人柄も人気の理由の一つです。

 

仕事をしていて大変だったことを尋ねると、若い頃からしている仕事で、大好きな仕事なので大変だと思ったことは一度もない！とおっしゃっていました。

買った後に商品を着た時のことを話してくれたり、その時の写真を見せてくれたりすることがとっても嬉しいと笑顔でお話ししていました。楽しく熱心にお仕事をされている姿が大変印象的でした！

Warm shop with the true heart 「Peeress Pink Seijo store」

 

For our report, we visited a boutique shop located 5 minutes on foot from Seijogakuennmae Station, Peerless Pink.

Previously operating as “Bon Sens Seijo”, it was renovated and reopened in April, 2011, as Peerless Pink.

We interviewed Ogasawara-san and Minagawa-san.

There were many customers on the day of our interview, and the shop was busy and lively!

The shop sells mainly casual women’s wear and is frequented by a wide age of customers. The shop was in the middle of its January sale when we visited, and a range of winter clothers were on display. There were also formal costumes for university entrance and graduation ceremonies, and Ogasawara-san apparently sometimes lends her personal accessories to customers!

Ogasawara-san explained that it is a sense of sincerity in thinking from the customer’s standpoint that is so important in her work. If customers have the luxury of time, if they are unsure about whether to purchase something, she prefers not to press them to buy, but recommends that they go home and think about it first. She urges her customers not to make wasteful purchases but good purchases. She will tell the customer honestly if an item does not suit them! The customer comes first, and is treated with genuine courtesy. She takes great care of her customers, treating them with real kindness.

In addition, rather than just making sale, communication with the customer is considered very important. Some customers pop into the shop just to chat with Ogasawara-san! In addition to the products, Ogawara-san’s cheerful nature is another reason the shop is so popular.

She said when I work and ask a serious thing, there is never that I thought that it is serious because it is work loving by work making hoarse in one’s youth!

After having bought it, I talked about time in a product and talked with a smile if vary glad of showing a photograph at that time. A figure done work eagerly happily was very impressive!
