成城で味わう本場の味　KOLKATA CAFÉ -KEBAB BIRYANI / Indian restuarant KOLKATA CAFÉ -KEBAB BIRYANI (English below)

今回私たちが取材したのは、KOLKATA CAFÉ -KEBAB BIRYANI-さんです！

 

 

 

駅北口から約２分の道路に面している明るいお店です。

 

 

９年前から成城・祖師谷エリアにコルカタのお店は並び始めました。

 

 

 

このお店は成城大学の学生や地元の方々がよく通ることから、イートインはもちろん、持ちかえることも可能な食べやすいケバブを売るお店として始めたそうです。

私たちがまず気になったのはお店の名前の由来です。

コルカタというのはインドの街の名前で、ケバブはこの町で流行っている食べ物、ビリヤニも同じく流行りの食べ物でお祝い事の時にも食べられる料理だそうです！

 

 

社長さんであるアサブル・シェイクさんのおすすめはメニューのすべて！

だそうですが、その中でも一押しはドライカレー！

 

このカレーに使われているスパイスは、従業員全員がインドの方ということもあって、休みにインドに行くときに現地で買ってくるものを使用しているそうです！

 

 

 

まさしく、“本場の味“ですね！

 

 

 

 

そして、たくさんあるメニューの中でも人気を博しているのは、チキンビリヤニ、チーズナン、ガパオライスにドライカレー！

Authentic taste in Seijo  KOLKATA CAFÉ –KEBAB BARYANI
For our interview, we visited “KOLKATA CAFÉ –KEBAB BARYANI”.

It is an extremely brightly coloured shop, about two minutes on foot from the north exit of Seijogakuen Mae station.

The KOLKATA shops opened up in the Seijo – Soshigaya are nine years ago.

Seijo university students and local people pass in front of the Seijo shop so, they started a shop selling kebabs, which are easy to eat, either eat in or take out.

KOLKATA is the name of a town in India. Kebabs are a popular food in Kolkata, as is biriyani. People enjoy these dishes when celebrating.

 

The manager, Mr. Abusaru Shayk’s recommendation is everything on the menu, but among them he recommends dry curry!

The spices used in this curry are bought in India by the employees when they are home on holiday, and then brought back to Japan.

 

This is a real “authentic taste”.

Popular items from the vast menu include chicken biyarini , cheese nan, Gapao omelette rice and dry curry.
