「素材が第一」成城　ポレール/Steak & Shabu-shabu cuisine SEIJO-POLARE (English below)

今回、取材させていただいたのは成城学園前駅北口から徒歩3分にある成城　ポレールさんです！

 

今回は責任者の中谷さんにお話を伺いました。

 

お店の内装、雰囲気は創業当時からほとんど変わっていません。

内装はレンガ造りで落ち着く雰囲気でした。

唯一変わっている点は厨房で、あえて中を見せることでお客様との隔たりをなくしたそうです。

お店のこだわりとしては「素材が第一」で特上の国産の精肉のみを使用し、遠赤外線でじっくり焼いてお肉本来の味を楽しんでいただくことを大切にしているそうです。

 

人気メニューの一つであるハンバーグは、素材が第一だからこそ、舌が肥えたお客様にも「おいしい」と言っていただいています。

 

創業40年のお店なので、成城の地元のお客様に愛されてリピーターも多くいらっしゃいます。

 

子供の頃に来店されたお客様が大人に成長し、久しぶりに来店されることが非常に嬉しいとおっしゃっていました。

 

あまり大きなお店ではありませんが、だからこそお客様一人一人を大切にする地域と密着したお店です。

 

お肉本来の味を大切にしているため、TVの取材等は断っており、口コミだけではなく実際にお店に足を運んでお客様に満足していただけるように努めていらっしゃいます。

 

メニューは様々なコース料理があり、女性のためのレディースコースやお魚コースも設置されています。

 

さらにステーキや焼き肉だけでなく、特製ビーフカレーやステーキorローストビーフのサンドウィッチ、ビーフシチューなど幅広いメニューが取り扱われています。

 

客層は30代以上の方が多いそうですが、学生の方もランチの時に量やお値段からしても気軽に足を運べると思うのでおすすめです！

“The ingredients are most important”　　Seijo POLAIRE

 

We interviewed Seijo PORAILE, located 3 minutes on foot from the north exit of Seijo gakuenmae Station. We spoke with the manager, Mr. Nakatani.

The interior and atmosphere of the shop have remained almost unchanged since its founding.

The interior is built of brick and has a calm atmosphere. The only thing that has changed is the kitchen, renovated to lest the customers see inside.

The policy of the shop is to place the greatest importance on the ingredients, using only domestically reared fresh meat, carefully grilled with far-infrared rays to preserve the original taste of the meat.

The hamburger steak, one of the most popular dishes, is said to be “delicious” even for customers who have a discerning palate, because the ingredients are treated so carefully.

Since it was founded, 40 years ago, Polaire has been loved by the local customers of Seijo, and there are many repeaters.

 

Because they value the original taste of the meat, they have refused to give TV interview, etc., and work hard to satisfy customers who actually come to the shop, rather than relying on word of mouth alone.

The menu has various courses, there are ladies’ courses and fish courses.

In addition to steak and grilled meat, a wide range of dishes are available, such as specialty beef curry, steak or roast beef sandwich, beef stew, etc..

There are many customers over thirty, but the lunch deal is also recommended to students because of the volume and price.

 

Currently, the restaurant is recruiting part-time staff.
